"This is a traditional house, very nicely renovated. The best thing is the delightful terrace with a lovely view. This is where you have a very nice, very well presented breakfast. We were rather disappointed with our room. Although spacious it was far from luxurious and we had problems with the plumbing twice in 9 nights. Yaiza is a very quiet little town and for a better choice of restaurants it is easy to drive to El Golfo or Playa Quemada, both by the sea."

"Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very centrally located for driving around various parts of the island. Gina (prob spelt wrong) was very helpful and friendly in her welcome. Would defo recommend and I would be very happy to return one day. "

"Lovely peaceful location, easy to get to all areas of the island. Walkable to the nearest supermarket and restaurant. Our hosts were lovely and offered lots of tips. The outdoor area is great and a lovely pool to dip into."

"The property has a very nice atmosphere of the olden days. It is quiet. The outside space, including the pool and fruit trees (yummy guava), is really pleasant. We stayed in the Lola y Juan suite, which was nice....except that there is now a large and awful sofa and coffee table plonked in the middle of the living room area, such that the area is cramped and the overall period decor is spoiled (the photo shows the room without this furniture). My other complaint is that the property is...

"The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. Television only had bbc news in English but you're on holiday and can catch up when back home. Food in restaurant was delicious and had different theme every night."
