“Ok, for a one night or two night stay, easy access to Colorado Blvd.”
Everything was ok for an older hotel and if you're not expecting much more than a place to lay your head for a night or two for a good price. The cleanliness of the hotel and room were ok, but the only complaint was there was no heat in the room. Very cold, but too tired to move to another room.

“Good stay in this hotel”
I stayed at this hotel on 11/5/2011. Unlike other hotels I stayed - 2/3 stars, this hotel is very clean, no smell, bathroom was clean, carpet was cleaned (I could see some minor spots though), beds setting was good and clean. I stayed in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet in the night. Front desk service was polite and quick when I checked in/out. The breakfast is much better than most of the hotel I stayed before. The price was not the lowest around that area, however, the performance/price made me feel satisfied and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Pasadena next time.
“Will go back”
This was our 2nd stay in the last four months. We liked it the first time, and we found our 2nd stay even more enjoyable. We noticed that they had made some major upgrades to the rooms since our first stay. While it's an older property, the price is right and the rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful - they are great! One wish is that they would put a microwave in each room - there's one in the lobby, so you are not without one, but the convenience of an in-room unit would be a nice improvement.
“best value for the buck”
This hotel has a cool yet weird ambiance. The continental breakfast is the best around. VERY CLEAN and a lot of FRESH goodies. Super comfy bed! Nice amenities Did I mention CLEAN! This Ramada Inn competes with the likes of other high end hotels.

The service was excellent and for the price much better. Its close to all the local stores and the night life also.
“Ok for the price”
This hotel was ok, the hotel is not in a bad area of Pasadena I used to live there and I have seen bad. It's close to restaurants shops anything. Our room was not the greatest carpet had a bunch of stains, sheets looked really old and yellowish color, bathroom was clean but tub was very old and had black marks all over we had to lay down a towel to step on because I was grossed out. Walls are paper thin there and we could constantly hear the maintenance cart go back and forth at all hours of the day. Overall you get what you pay for I wish it was cleaner but some amenities paid up for it, we had a flat screen tv microwave and fridge and free breakfast (toast, bagels, coffee, waffles)

“Middle of the road”
This was a good hotel for the price. It is in the older part of town but we felt safe and saw nothing that concerned us in the area. It was clean, comfortable and the service was fine. The vending machines were inadequate and not functioning properly. The pool was much smaller than the photo made it appear and it was cloudy. The jacuzzi was clean and functioning. I wouldn't say this was a great place, but a good deal for the price and I would stay there again if I were looking for a bargain.
“Disappointing”
Based on the fairly positive reviews for this hotel, and the price for a basic single King room, I expected more. Noisy room along busy Colorado Blvd. Hairdryer did not work though to hotel's credit, they provided a new hairdryer promptly. A/C worked great but smelled like urine. No water in the vending machines, only sodas--bottled water available in the hotel lobby for a small amount but it was an unfamiliar label. Clean for the most part but sections of carpet in between bed and nightstand, and in hard to reach places between chair/desk and walls, showed dried food which the cleaners missed. If you stay here, request a room at back of hotel, and check all appliances when you get in so you are not late getting ready in the morning.
