Wayne at the front desk was very good on check in. Later concerns were:
1. The door, connecting us to the next room, was not very sound proof.
2. Electrical poorly designed, You had to get out of bed to turn the bedside lamps on or off. If not daylight, lights did not make the room bright enough.
3. Dirty cups and glasses in room. Left them soaking and told front desk on check out.
4. Bedside clock radio unplugged. Plugged it back in but did not know how to reset,
5. Dining/Bar Staff seemed to expect that we knew how things functioned. Did not listen or explain well.
6. Dining/Bar service was after the fact and only upon request.
