BE AWARE
Having arrived at the apartment at 6.45 we was told we was unable to check in because there was a dispute with the landlord. We have stayed at the property on previous occasions & are still waiting for our deposit back, & our refund for the 4 night stay in which we had booked. Unable to find a property available we then had to drive 250 miles home to be then back in London the next day by 7am. We have emailed them directly on numerous occasions with no response. BE AWARE when booking with Valet Apartments.

The apartment made up for any difficulties i had.
I recieved the confirmation email but it went to my spam. Wish they wouldve warned me to look at spam, as i thought i hadnt recieved the confirmation . However once i got the apartment i was hugely impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of furniture, decor, even had a balcony. I loved it. I would definately book again and make sure i check my spam this time.

Costumer service was really bad .they don’t know anything about hear .u can daill Uk number but they pick in india really rude .they was asking me need pic where I hold my passport and my bank card in hand .i was driving that time on motorway I said give me 20 min when any service come I will stop my car there and send u pic and the girl was on phone she start saying u can stop on road and send us pic because we r closing soon .really don’t like this .

Very convenient, right opposite DLR and Mainline railway services. Flats are bright, spacious, well equipt and comfortable with individual heating controls for each room. Staff are all excellent and will do whatever they can to help you.

The cleaning should be improved, it's a nice appartment, but a bit lacking on details that forcefully make a bit of bad impact on your impressions. The entrance is not very inviting, a bit doutfull.

Overall good. Let down by some failing in the standard of plumbing for example shower head attachment to shower hose. IIl fitting showe screen etc Mattresses v soft and cheap feeing (understand why however !!)

Comfortable and well located accommodation.
This apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. A supermarket next door and a DLR station within 5mins walk both helped to make the whole deal perfect for me. I was welcomed by a friendly representative who showed me the apartment, and talked me through necessary details. I would happily stay here again.

Good little apartment
Clean, well located, and very good value. Arranging to collect keys was a little clunky but otherwise the customer service was good. Our 2 small niggles were no plug in the bathroom sink and no long mirror/mirror near a plug. Despite the small niggles we'd definitely stay here again.

Worst customer service experience ever.
The place kept asking me to send them my passport and they wanted a security deposit higher then the cost of the stay, i told them i was not willing and they refused to let me in to the unit i ended up using airbnb for a little more and didnt have to present anything like this to the owners airbnb was the way to go with private apartments. I will use hotels.com for hotels from now on, they didnt help me either with these unreasonable requests.

Close to underground and DLR. right above a Tesco express so very convenient. Lots of hot water. Modern interior. The concierge who greeted us on arrival seemed pleasant. Now for the negatives! Bath towels disgusting, had brown stains all over one of them and the second had a few. They did appear to have been washed but didn’t want to use. Tried to contact the concierge within the specified opening times but no response. Emailed the ?head office and got automated response to say they would be in touch, again this was inside specified opening times. Email reply received the next morning to say cleaner would change towels that morning. However we had already checked out. By that i mean left the keys on the table. And shut the door behind us as instructed. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was too hot, parts of it were like walking on hot coals, this was also reported. The bathroom needs some attention as one of the walls has been affected by the water, didn’t smell damp or look mouldy but the paint seems to be sliding off the wall. General cleanliness of bathroom was not great, particularly around the bath panel and shower door/divide. Stayed here 2 years ago and unlikely to return. The chain on the door doesn’t work as no large loop at the end to stop it sliding completely through. This was also broken last time we stayed! Overall very disappointing.

Nice apartment, good staff. But overlooking the main road there was nonstop noise from traffic. So much so that I could not get to sleep for more than 3 hours on my first night. It would have also been helpful for someone to show us how the air conditioning worked. There were so many options to choose from, it was confusing

Could not store luggage on site and lift was not working. Did know about either issue before booking. Washing machine was filthy so did not use that at all. Room was spacious and generally ok. Mattress was very worn out and should be replaced for room 8. Would not stay again.

Incredibly clean contemporary and comfortable place to stay. The only down side is the traffic you hear on the busy road the apartments are located on. But hey ho that's London, so have to bear certain things.

The apartment is in a block and not in the nicest of areas. Our apartment was at the back of the property and there is a lot of noise from the overground trains (from very early in the morning!) The shower was dirty (see pic) and had a horrible smell. Might be fine for a stag night, but wouldn’t recommend for a family.
