Great location.

Posted 28-Aug-2014
Pros: Good size room for a family of three. Lovely decor in public areas.
Cons: Not hot weather but we found our room to be too warm, even with the air con set quite cool. We didn't sleep well as a result.
Location: Great location just off Trafalgar Square. Easy access to tube and handy for the National Gallery. Walkable to Covent Garden and Leicester Square.
This was a last-minute booking for one night for two adults and an 11 year-old. Overall a very positive experience. Liked the availability of chilled water and bottles.

centrally located.

Pros: location
Cons: Prices--an expensive place to stay as tourists are mostly on budget. After staying, I found there was no value for money.

Excellent central location

Posted 22-Aug-2014
This is a great hotel if you want to be in the centre of London. 10 min walk to the London eye and dungeons etc. 5-10!min walk to Leicester square/ Covent garden / Piccadilly Circus and great location for theatre district. The only down side I found with the hotel is that the breakfast is very over priced for what you get. Cost £42 for two of us. One of us had coffee and croissant with fruit and one of us had a tea with scrabbled egg on toast !!! We didn't have breakfast there again. Went to a cafe outside the hotel instead.

Great central location

Posted 20-Aug-2014
Pros: Location, location, location! We had a family room which came with a small kitchen although no kettle provided, just a coffee machine.
Cons: The beds were a bit lumpy and a kettle would have been useful.
Location: Perfectly located for literally everything. We walked to the embankment & the London Eye, then Piccadilly & Leicester Square the other way & Buck Hse!
Was really pleased with the location. Although we were too early to check in the hotel kindly looked after our bags so we could go out without the hassles. We had no problems, room was adequate & clean.

Excellent and Brilliant Hotel for Central London

Posted 15-Aug-2014
Pros: From the moment I entered the Hotel we were warmly welcomed. The staff can speak many languages and nothing was to much trouble for them.
Location: Many things to do visit the National Gallery or visit Madame Tussauds and the London Eye. Transport is available yards away from Hotel.
A wonderful Hotel centrally situated near Nelsons Column and the National Gallery. Transport links are plenty and close to the Hotel. I went with 2 children and 2 adults

Ideal location in central London

Posted 15-Aug-2014
Pros: Coffee in rooms, ice machines, proximity to theatres.
Cons: Fine as it is.
Location: Theatres, National Gallery, shops, St James Park, South Bank.
Very good location off a side street below Trafalgar Square near old scotland yard and leading down to the embankment/river. Check in/out very quick via a machine! Not seen this anywhere else. Some nice touches such as a room on second floor with 4 computers and printers to allow you to print a e ticket. Rooms have a small expresso machine to make tea and real coffee. Bottles and ice supplied in the corridors to take out with you good as water is expensive to buy in London. Very close to a lot of theatres and covent garden and piccadilly. Charing Cross station is minutes away. Breakfast was nice if a little slow and a la carte can be ordered.
