The shower was so small that I couldn’t even get into it, I am not tiny but also am not morbidly obese. I stayed one night but due to their strict cancellation policy I had to pay for 21 nights. Do your research before booking this place.

The location is hard to beat. The kitchen was stocked well with what we needed for our stay and the laundry facility was an unexpected bonus. The persons on duty at the time of our stay were very helpful. Face basin in bathroom is too low and the overall property cpuld do with some upgrades. Overall we had a great stay.

Not the best experience
Arriving after 18.30Hrs entailed a 20 minute walk to check-in and pick up the key to gain access to the property and room. These instructions were in the small print of the confirmation of booking from hotel.co. Not a good start. There was no tea or coffee making facilities as promised in the Room Amenities and the bed was not at all comfortable. The idea is very good, but a lot of work needs to go into fulfilling the promise - the place was clean and tidy

Great location, comfortable stay.
Great location and overall a comfortable stay. I arrived at 10am and was able to check in which was much appreciated as it meant I didn't have to carry my bag to a meeting. Easy check in and very friendly. The room was clean, cooking facilities were fine, TV was ok, wifi was free and about 100mbps so great for Netflix on the laptop. The only issues were that the bathroom had a bad drains smell, hopefully something that can be easily resolved. Due to the closeness to Euston station you can hear the rumbling of the trains into the night and early in the morning, wasn't much of an issue but would've been nice to know beforehand.

Stayed here for one night before a business meeting the following day close by. Chose it for its proximity and cost but was pleasantly surprised. Lovely little studio with a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite. Great to be able to cook my own dinner in my room rather than dining alone at a nearby (expensive) restaurant. Fab shower, comfortable bed. I was on the main road with lots of activity all night. I didn't mind but some people might find it way too noisy.

For the price, you can't beat it.
For the price, this hotel is great. It's in central London, very close to public transportation, clean, and comfortable. The manager, Theo, was great - exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went out of his way for me on several requests, including an early check-in. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it is clean and no frills, and again, for the price, you can't beat it.

A convenient location and smooth check in but room was very small with no tea and coffee making facilities despite having a tiny kitchen. Quiet save for one bunch of noisy guests returning late. It was clean and ok for a one night stay but mattress was uncomfortable. Speedy's nearby cafe saved the day by serving the best coffee ever tasted, no wonder if was full for breakfast!

Very handy for rail and tube stations. Room is clean and quite large and also a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom could do with up grading but it was clean. Staff are friends and helpful will definitely go back

Lucky choice
Excellent choice in excellent location. Am a regular visitor to London, to see family, but this was the first time I had stayed in a Studio2Let. Everything was as described, and an excellent quality and condition. Would recommend to anyone wanting quality accommodation in this area of central London, at a reasonable price. I will be back!

Basic accommodation but a good location.
A great location and handy for both Euston and Warren St tube stations. Quite noisy outside though and rooms are extremely small. Also, no aircon and the fan provided in the room didn't work. Plenty of in room storage which was good. Bathroom extremely small - sink was very low almost at knee level. Shower was in need of a refurb. Communal areas in need of a clean, repaint and new carpet. No lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up quite a few stairs too. Personally, it did what I needed for this trip but not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

A very small double room for two people! The bathroom was also not user friendly especially the toilet which gave no leg room to sit down as your knees hit the wall and I am am not that tall. Good points, The bed was comfortable and cleanliness was good, location good.

The mattress on our bed was a foot wider than the bed base - this meant only a single bed width of the bed was actually useable without rolling off. Really poor. When we entered the room it was unbearably warm also, this was eventually fixed by the receptionist turning the radiator off with a wrench however it still left the room uncomfortably warm all night, even with the window open. Really disappointing.
