Sarah hotel is out of business! It closed 2 years ago (March 2020), yet still took my reservation!! When I got to London I had to quickly find another hotel, at 4pm! So I paid a huge amount for a new hotel, because I didn't have a reservation. Expedia doesn't seem to care about the huge expense caused by their failed system.

The best thing about the Sara was the front desk staff. So friendly & helpful. I did have to ask for a spare heater, as the heating doesn’t go on until 7pm and even with it, the room was chilly. (In January). Everything was great, up until my last morning. I came to the breakfast room early to see my dad off and asked the woman who serves breakfast if she happened to have any coffee I could drink while waiting to say goodbye to my father. She accused me of calling her a name and said there was coffee in my room. I was very confused & told her I didn’t call her any name. She said she “wasn’t deaf.” Then she asked where I was from and when I told her Canada, she rolled her eyes. I figured out eventually she must be suffering dementia or something. As my mother had that, I can sympathize, but this kind of thing can really put a traveller off if they don’t understand. Mostly I hated leaving knowing she really believed I called her a name!

Lovely staff. Good hotel if you don't have high expectations. Walls are paper thin though, so be prepared with ear plugs if you can't stand noise.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Earl's Court and the West Brompton tube stations. The rooms are well-maintained and there is a good selection of cable channels. Management is friendly and attentive. The breakfast hour is an enjoyable experience. I have stayed at this hotel several times and been most favorably impressed.

Very clean and comfortable room. Owner Saeed and receptionist Antonella were very kind and helpful. Great location 2 minutes walk to West Brompton station and 7 minutes walk to Earl’s Court. It’s about a 15 minutes walk to Stamford bridge.

Staff was very friendly, rooms are sparse but clean. You may run out of hot water mid shower. Had trouble with WiFi but management fixed problem immediately. Could use a soap dish in shower. Location is very good, safe, close to 2 underground/train. If you’re on a budget this isn’t a bad place to stay.

Pleasantly surprised
The location is very good being around the corner from the underground, and in a quiet residential area. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to know that someone was on duty at all times. Our room was large, clean and everything worked. I had a really good night's sleep so I was happy. Breakfast was a little unusual, cereal, yoghurt, juice, toast and eggs but certainly adequate. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, having read some reviews, the service we received was excellent. On the downside the bathroom is tiny, the sink was in the room but it did the job so no problems. This is a budget hotel so there will be no frills but I would definitely use it again based on my experience this time

The rooms size is Ok but the bathroom is small and the double bed was not comfortable ( the single is ) breakfast was nice and the women in the reception were very nice and helpful They charged money for the luggage deposit until checkout

You get what you pay for. Yes, the room was small, which was fine, but the floors, walls and beds were dirty. My bed sheet had a blood stain on it. The walls are thin and people came in screaming and pounding on doors at 3AM, nothing was done about it. The front counter staff were not very helpful (at night anyways, check-in was fine).

Incredible Central London Hotel
The location alone in Central London would make me want to stay there: if you exit from Earl’s Court tube (subway stop) by taking Warwick Street, you turn left, then right and walk about 5 to 10 minutes, and you are at the Sara Hotel. The staff there were friendly and extremely helpful.

This was my second stay at the hotel and once again, I was most favorably impressed. The location is advantageous, close to the Earl's Court and West Brompton tube stations...a short commute from the major attractions. The rooms are well maintained and there is a good selection of cable channels. Breakfast is a most pleasant experience and the management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend the Hotel Sara.

Had a short 1 night stay at Sara Hotel in the single, en-suite room. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is like a refurbished house with a small area for breakfast, which I didn't try. The room is rather small, being just nice for one person. A kettle and cup are provided, although the kettle in my room was dirty and had black particles flaking off the heating element. The bathroom was relatively clean and hot water worked just fine. Do note that only a bar of soap was provided and no other toiletries. Had a small issue with ladybugs crawling into the room and around the ceiling possibly due to the rain at the time. Walls are really thin and you can hear people moving about. Generally, you get what's worth the price.

Good location, close to Earls Court underground.
Sara Hotel is very conveniently located to the Earls Court Undergtound station which is ideal for those arriving at Heathrow airport. The rooms are clean, but rather small. The main downside is that they are not well sound proofed and if you have noisy neighbours, a good night's rest can prove elusive. The people skills of some on the front desk are poor

Fab hotel, close to Earls Court
I was attending an event close to Earls Court and was delighted to find the Sara hotel in a quiet side street, only a stones throw from West Brompton tube station. I was a little nervous to book a budget hotel after reading some of the reviews, but was quite pleasantly surprised and it was perfect for my requirements. It was clean and well presented. I didn’t take the breakfast option and so was pleased to find I had a table and chair in my room as well as the kettle! Would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this place is the location - it's really close (2 min walk) to the Underground train which goes through two lines so it makes getting around London really easy. The room itself was fine, it was basic and a little run down but it was clean and did the job. Wifi worked well and the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay.

Nice hotel conveniently located
Conveniently located 1 minute walk from "West Brompton" train station or 5 minute walk from "Earl's Court" train station. 1 minute walk from a breakfast cafe and a pizza cafe. Hotel seems like it was renovated recently, the furnishing is rather new though the room is a little small. Beds were made and fresh towels provided everyday. Elevator is available to reach the highest floor. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Close in, clean and quiet
Close to Earl’s Court and West Brompton, lots of transportation options, and reasonably priced. My single room was small, but clean. Breakfast was “available” for an extra £5 each. It was quiet for the most part, but I my room was in the back, so was noise protected. 24-hour attended desk. I’d probably stay there again

This is not a 3 star hotel but a glorified youth hostel. My bedroom was the size of a closet. The bathroom was much much too small to be comfortable and had an awful, overpowering odor. It smelled like mold or mildew. The room also has no phone and seldom got cleaned the entire time I was there. The hotel also has no laundry service. Who ever heard of a 3 star hotel with no phone or laundry service? With the exception of the very handsome and helpful Italian guy who sometimes works the front desk, the rest of the staff were rude and unfriendly. The elevators were constantly not working too and the lobby has no toilet for guests. One time, I had to use the toilet very badly and the elevator was out of order. I had to run up three flights of stairs to use the toilet in my room. This is unacceptable. Don't stay in this dump unless you like to be overcharged to stay in a tiny, smelly room with no amenities and like rude staff.

As you said the room is so small All of our bathrooms/rooms are of a standard size, and it is the same size you will get in any of the hotels located in central London. And the room is newly renovated, appealing with beautiful decor and comfy beds. Our Hotel ranked one of the best in terms of Location, Cleanliness, comfort, value, staff and great hospitality. Regarding Laundry , there is a 24 hour facility outside the hotel and you need to pay for it and as you can see in all websites we do not have any laundry facilities unless you go to 4/5 star hotel and pay double for your staying.Regards, Sara Hotel

It’s alright I guess?
Duvet sheet marked, no coffee or tea despite being given a kettle and cups. Beds uncomfortable, good shower, room was a little outdated. Good location
