Air conditioning was rationed so room was very stuffy. Tiny cups for making hot beverages in the room. Staff were very good.

The air conditioner is weird that it kept automatically turning off in the middle of the night so making the room so hot and awaking everyone to turn on the air conditioner again and again. The check-in/out experience was great though.

Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious, super clean and really well equipped, good amount of lighting and very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly, breakfast superb. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Not only is the location perfect- just across the road from the train station, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Modern, clean everywhere and comfortable facilities.

We were really happy with everything about this lovely hotel. The staff were really professional, friendly & accommodating. The food was lovely. Great selection at breakfast too. Had a lovely 5 day stay. Hotel was new and very convenient for transit and 15 mins from downtown. The rooms were spotless. No dresser/storage so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. Couple reminders to have the coffee restocked in rooms. 5 min walk to Starbucks and grocery and few decent dining options in the area as well as hotel. Definitely will return.

This is a great place to stay if you’re going to visit Emirates stadium. I was there for a weekend to see Arsenal play and this hotel is walking distance to the stadium and there are plenty of bars and coffee shops around as well. Also, the staff was very friendly and the rooms are comfy too!

The hotel is directly across the street from the Tube station. The hotel is clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The rooms are small so if your staying for a week or more you may want to upgrade to an executive suite.

The Hotel was great. I was a bit disappointed in the surrounding area, but I am from the country and needed to tamper my expectations, as we are in a city. Not the best area, but never felt unsafe.
