Hotel Review
This hotel was nice and clean. I loved the Cosa coffee shop located right down stairs. The front desk staff could have been more pleasant, but overall this was a good experience. I would stay here again.

This property is well situated, close to the hospital and shops. The staff are very friendly and check in was quick. My room was just what I needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. One point to be looked at / changed... The shower head in the shower is too big for the shower cubicle.. It makes you feel claustrophobic and you can’t just have a shower without wetting your hair. Repair to tv is needed as it’s lost signal. Otherwise I had a lovely stay and will be back. Thank you.

Cheap clean convenient stay
Hotel was clean and cheap and no frill... Housekeeping can be better .As I experienced and noticed the toilet towel was not changed and left wet on the floor and bed was made up halfway.

Location, location
Stayed for 8 nights with a friend. The location was excellent for access to transportation. Tube was a block away and Paddington Station perhaps 5-6 blocks. That made it ultra convenient for taking the Heathrow Express. Dining was slightly more problematic as restaurants were heavily Middle Eastern, menus were in Arabic. There were pubs close by for a beer and pub meal. I would absolutely stay again.

I've been to London Kings before but on this occasion the hotel room wasn't great. The room was the smallest I'd been in but the greater issue was the industrial sounding fridge in our wardrobe which we had to turn off. The A.C. was equally loud but we couldn't turn that off. Staff as usual were very pleasant and accommodating.

London Paddington
We were there for a couple days till we flew home to the U.S. We were to take a bus tour of the City however, due to Brexit marches some (actually quite a few) stops were cancelled. So we did walk down to the Marble Arch (where there was a March going on). My husband stayed at the coffee shop and I went in and walked around Hyde Park for a bit. It was a beautiful day. We then went to the Golden Hind for dinner. A over 100 yr old fish n chips restaurant in Paddington. Very good. The next day we Ubered to London Gatwick and came home.

The only good thing was the location, other than that there is nothing good about the hotel, or at least the room that I stayed at. Very small, Lou’s and noise all night long, bathroom is very small and hardly fit, I’m no big guy still my knees hit the vanity when sit on toilet, shower box so small.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel particularly the sky penthouse...it was very clean, spacious, and great service...all for a very reasonable price...overall a great stay..

COLD but OK.
The hotel itself was decent quality, two main grumbles though. The room was FREEZING, the air-con didn't do much to heat the room. I had to set it to 28C heat and full fan and it got nowhere near, it read 22C in the room but it certainly wasn't, I contemplating sleeping on the heated floor in the bathroom but instead I wore my clothes in bed. I spoke to reception, he wasn't really interested and told me to leave it on for longer. Needless to say that did nothing and I've returned home with a cold as a result. Second more minor grumble was that the lift is actually within the attached Costa Coffee and you don't need to use your room key for the lift. This means anyone can get the lift up to your room if they so desired. Other than that the room was good quality, shower was great (some heat!!) and location was good, especially if you're into middle eastern cuisine.

A comfortable stay
This was my first stay in this hotel and i was pleasantly surprised by the room , it was comfortable and nicely laid out. It was unfortunate that there was building works in the neighboring building, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The Hotel is well located for a walk along the canal. It was a nice stay.

Enjoyed the location and the room was spacious. It is in an area of Paddington that has a lot of Middle Eastern and North African flavour and is extremely convenient for public transport. The hotel has a cafe on the ground floor, and breakfast for the hotel is basically vouchers for the cafe. Just 1 lift, but it didn't prove to be an issue. I enjoyed the room, the AC worked very well, and street noise was not a factor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and only about 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station if you are coming from the airport.

Amazing weekend away
Very nice and welcoming hotel friendly staff and even let us store our bags there after we had checked out. 2min walk from the tube which was ideal in the snow. Only down side was I Had booked a superior room but the room I was given was far from superior more of a cosy small room which was ok as wasn’t in there much but as I paid for it I’d of like to of got it. Details on a booking site need updating like checkout time and facilities in room eg hairdryer ect. Would definitely stay again but in a bigger room.

Pros: Location - Close to Paddington station, from Heathrow, tfl can arrive in 30 minutes (11 GBP) - 2 other Tube stations, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants are very close by Cons: 1. Noisy - right on the major road - Don't know why, we stayed 4 nights, and very night about 15-20 times of ambulance siren could be heard. 2. Room - Way too small sink in the bath room, make us difficult to use a normal tower to wash face - The kettle is not clean and has a strange mid-east spices smelling. We didn't bother hotel to change it, and never use it for four days. - Most restaurant are serving mid-east foods, which we are not in favor.

Good location with a tube station 5 min away and marble arch around 20 min walking. The bathrooms are very small so if your a larger person like me it's a tight squeeze but manageable. Only issue we had was the heating was not working and if your sensitive to noice ask for a room away from the front.

Good for an overnight stay.
In a great area of London, close to Paddington Station with Edgware tube stations close by and buses to Oxford street out front, our room was quite small with an even smaller bathroom with a great shower once you worked out how it worked, WiFi was like the Parsons egg good in parts, working well in the early hours but useless after 6 am, we stayed three nights which was two nights too many, noise from plumbing through the night was a nuisance we could have done without, in London what you pay for is what you get!

I booked a double room for 1 person for a night that valued £139. *BEDDINGS WAS STAINED WITH BLOOD OR MAKE UP(as manager defense). Ive got photos but this app is not allowing to upload it. *CARPET HAVE BIG STAINS MANAGER DEFENSE *THEY DONT WASH CARPET. THIS ONLY HAPPEN ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR. (I WAS ONLY ASKING IF CARPET STAIN NOT BEING CLEANED ON THE AFFECTED SURFACE). *THEY SEND THEIR LAUNDRY TO CONTRACTED COMPANY. MANAGER DEFENSE THAT THE DUVET COVER WAS CLEAN (Well its wash wash but not clean as STAIN still on it... INFECTION CONTROL ISSUE). * THEY ARE ONLY 3 STAR HOTEL AND ONLY 10 STAFF RUNNING THE HOTEL. ( I EXPECTED BETTER THAN THIS FOR A 3 STAR HOTEL IN UK). ___________________ OVER ALL POOR SERVICE IN RELATION TOWARDS CLEANLINESS RE: INFECTION CONTROL AND IT WAS AN EXPENSSIVE HOTEL. I WAS HAPPY TO PAY THAT AMOUNT BUT HAVING THAT SERVICE I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. IM NOT STAYING AND NOT RECOMMENDIHG THIS HOTEL. MANAGER WAS ARROGANT AND I FELT OF NOT ACCOMODATING.
