It was OK for the price, but the room was small, it had a very small window which was above head height, so couldn’t see out. Very difficult to walk around the bed. Breakfast was good

First of all the mirror in the bathroom fell on my husbands hand. When we notify the front desk no one enquired about his hand because he did tell front desk that it fell on his hand and that iy was hurting. During check out the manager asked how his hand was. At that point it was still hurting. But they didnt offer any discounts or anything else. Second they didnt have any microwave on the property for guest to use. When i asked the fully operating bar/ restaurant for a fork they said they didnt have any available. Which was very strange. Not happy with service at all.

The communal parts of the hotel were very nice, clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Outstanding breakfast. The room was appalling, small cluttered with unnecessary furniture. The decoration was tired, old and worn. Bathroom was old, dirty, mouldy with a cracked sink and generally unpleasant. I booked an executive room on the 8th floor, only one lift was working and that only went to the 7th floor!! How can you have only one lift in a hotel this size, very poor show Hilton!!
