Property on itself is in very moderate condition, but I would concentrate on communication first. Communication with office was discriminatory saying that only health professionals and policeman from outside of London can stay under current pandemic circumstances. This is violating Governmental regulations which clearly outline that properties which remain open must equally accommodate all guests for all permitted activities for example purpose of moving home which was our case. So I needed to make 5 phone calls and send out 9 emails in order to get booking confirmed to reconfirm legally permitted reasons prescribed and allowed by government. In other words, I needed to persuade them that me and my wife are not going for holiday from Ealing to Canary Wharf. We were also downgraded as we reserved property with two bedroom and two bathroom but were given only property with one bathroom and that we have learned on arrival. Further our check in was delayed (property allows from 4pm, but on our arrival at 3pm we were told that property won’t be ready before 4.15pm which is super disgraceful as 4pm is already quite late. On top of this check out is quite early, at 11am so they have 5 hour window to clean it and they were still not ready on time??? Staff at property is quite uninterested to be of any help, it looks like they only do job to get salary. Therefore, wouldn’t recommend this property under any circumstances. BTW they ask you for very unusually high deposit to pay.
