Everything was good . The disappointing part was finally at the billing desk. The person who was at the desk swiped the amount before even checking that our amount was already blocked at Expedia and we landed up paying Twice. We waited to be resolved for long ,but in vain. The concerned person assured that the amount will get reversed but still its pending. Its already been a week that we have visited the Property.
I have been trying to get in touch with the Property and the concerned person at the Cash, but he seems to be least bothered to pick up the call.
This was not the Ist time we are staying with Radisson. But experiencing something like wasnt expected.
