Basically a shipping container with a portals in corner, very shabby, not very clean although bedding was ok, just one blanket no extras offered, no soap, dodgy bedside lights and very difficult lock on door. Appalling area on edge of industrial estate and mainly occupied by road workers!

The hotel is a bit older. It worked well as a stop off place to sleep. The price is low and the beds are fine.

I’d say value for money. Descent Hotel, when you’re looking for a night when travelling, however not to stay longer. Quite comfortable bed and the air conditioner are the advantage.

Not a bad hotel but definitely in need of an update/revamp. But for a night stop over more than adequate, room clean and staff friendly and professional.

We've stayed here often. It's fine for a basic one night stop. The outside dining ('garden') area is in need of a clean up and improved landscaping.

Won’t go again
Restaurant closed and we weren’t told before hand. Needs updating urgently. 1 towel between 2. No bath mat. Shower head had to be held. Hole in the wall. Pull down blind wouldn’t stay down. Kept popping up all night

Convenient but in need of renovation
Next to motorway so very convenient for a short stop on our long journey. But old tired and in need of renovation. Ok for a nights sleep but I guess better options must be available. I wouldn’t stay again despite the convenience.

Je ne conseille pas cette hotel, les murs sont vraiment très très fin, on entend absolument tout le matin ce qui est très désagréable. La literie est tres bas de gamme.

Disappointing stay
Expected a basic hotel but this was not good. Looked very tired. Restaurant was closed even though website suggested it was open. Beds and pillows very hard. Room was on second floor and rain on the roof was like being in a caravan. Poor nights sleep.

A bit better than the hotels around it. The breakfast was very good. With hot food as well. Not often found in French hotels. Soap dispenser for the shower is awkward to use so bring your own shower gel .

Difficult to find by car even with GPS. I got lost and it took me 30min to find it at least and asked people twice on the way to help me find it. Disappointed on arrival. Small basic room and noisy especially around 6am due to traffic as close to motorway with lots of lorries. No food available on Sunday evening.

I accidentally booked this hotel on expedia but both they and expedia refused to cancel. I don't know how it happened because I was in the middle of making a Campanile booking or so I thought. My attempt to cancel was immediately upon realising that something had gone wrong with the booking. I subsequently booked Campanile correctly, but no doubt Comfort will have billed me. This was my first bad experience via expedia.

No stars. Last moment decision as we needed a bed for the night on way to Calais. Should have looked into details before booking The hotel is in an area near to truckers stopover. Can be noisy with traffic. Rude man at reception. Breakfast was a waste of money as there was nothing much left when got there. Staff were helping themselves to the food. All we got was bread, boiled eggs and hot drinks Awful

The stay was pretty decent; the room was fine, if a little small- as was the bathroom, and the food was good. The one oddity was that we could not have a pre-prandial drink in the lounge area before 7pm but could if we sat in the dining room. We did this but would much have preferred to sit outside.

the staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, many items to choose. Good location, close to main motorway,the restaurant was not open on weekend, but it was 5 min. by car to other restaurants and shops. For sure we will stay again.

A good test for Sat Nav - hard to find.
Very small room with small window in roof of hotel - second floor with no lifts. Tiny bathroom almost impossible to get into shower/bath - glass shower screen not moveable leaving less than 18 inch to get in to turn shower or bath water on! which meant you were getting into bath on its sloping end and therefore very slippery . The only redeeming factor of our stay was the food and service in the restaurant which was very good.

Very close to the motorway, but in a quiet area. 24 hour reception desk so we could arrive at any time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was ideal for a one night stopover.

Much more comfortable than Premiere Classe!
Kyriad is the "upper" brand of Premiere Classe chain - and it shows! Rooms are bigger, bathrooms have a bathtub, the restaurant is nicer - and the price difference is nothing! Highly recommended for transit or even a short 2-3 days stay.

Convenient budget hotel
Right on the motorway, great for an overnight stop, in the middle of nowhere so wouldn't stay for any other reason. Rooms were clean and comfy, food in restaurant was good. I was very pleased with the discounted price I paid, I would not have been so happy if I had paid the full price.

Clean hotel ideal for a stopover
Rooms were big and luxurious compared to premiere class and we managed to get a good deal well worth paying a bit more. Tea coffee facilities always a plus sign. Wifi was sparodic better in the morning. We had a car but didn't seem to be much around but it was only a stop off on way home. Would use again.

One night stop over. Good value hotel close to the autoroute. Reasonable restaurant was a bonus on mid week stay but we were dissappointed to find it closed at the weekend when we returned.

OK for overnight stop.
Perfectly acceptable Hotel for overnight stop, but location between major roads on an industrial estate is very uninspiring. Hotel good if you don't want to have a walk round after arrival. Otherwise no great problems, expect WiFi too slow to let me watch the F1 GP.

No food at weekend.On toll road. Industrial estate Rooms clean and beds comfortable. The room on my return visit stank of smoke. Tea an coffee in room a bonus.
