For that price you can get a better quality place. You will hear noises from outside in your room. It’s outdated. More of a style of a hostel than a hotel.

One night stop
The hotel is in convenient situation to stop for the night and then continue driving. It's just off the highway. Check in was fast, room is nice and clean, bed is comfortable.

Used to be good, but not anymore
We used to like this hotel for overnight stays on trips into France. However, things seem to have changed and the hotel isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Check-in was messy; rooms still had a kettle but without any cups, coffee or tea (so, what's the point); and beds were not great. The hotel claims it has a bar, however, once dinner closes, it is not allowed to serve drinks anymore and you're left with nothing - in a hotel in an industrial estate. It's a real shame that quality has dropped so much here.

The rooms were clean and adequate for our needs. The price we paid was reasonable. The restaurant was a poor standard compared with earlies visits. And was closed the second time anyway.

It’s an OK hotel for an overnight stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms could do with better maintenance (shower falling off), and it’s close to a major train line with noise we’ll into the night.

We have stayed here for years en route to Spain, this time we had a room that needs some loving care, both entrance doors badly need a coat of paint, the warm water took forever to reach the sink and the wifi didn't work

Convenient to motorway
Room not made up but got immediate replacement . Rooms on return stay had wet room which meant whole of bathroom floor was soaked and sink taps only gave cold water and you had to keep your hand over tap flow button all the time otherwise it stopped.

Poor service.
Check in was OK. Handy Blue Badge parking right outside our room. Bathroom and shower were both nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. One weird experience was when I asked reception for some toilet paper, I got told that the manager wouldn’t allow staff to give it out. When I pointed out the fact that we had been left with only about a foot of paper he still stuck to his guns. Only when I asked for directions to somewhere to buy paper he gave in and arranged for some to be delivered to our room. It was delivered to us by a Surly woman who muttered under her breath, scowled and flounced out of the room. However we both had a good nights sleep so though annoyed at our treatment, after a not too bad breakfast we checked out. Not too sure if we would stay there again. Probably not....

Good place to stay.
Perfectly adequate pet-friendly hotel which I have stayed in on numerous occasions. I am a Campanile fan! I just wish that they would allow dogs into the restaurant - as most French establishments do ..

Great value hotel
Hotel was in an industrial park so good for a late arrival. Did not expect the buffet salad and desserts on offer. Pleasantly surprised. The room was small but two twins were what we wanted. Great value.

A good stop over on our way to the Herault. Room was clean and good shower but the room could do with redecorating . We enjoyed the meal in the restaurant and the breakfast choice was excellent.

Poor quality evening meal. First course had good variety but too many dishes smothered in mayonnaise. The main course was dreadful, the worst food we had eaten in France. Very poor quality for the price.

I was due to arrive after the reception closed so I phoned beforehand and they told me my room number, where it was, the gate code and where I would find my key. Everything was as discussed. Great service. Room as always was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a one night stop over and convenient for the auto route and the Auchan petrol station.

Wonderful stop over hotel just 2 minutes from the motorway, but exceptionally quiet. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms spacious and comfy and bathroom clean and roomy. Only thing missing was kettle etc (very English)

This was a last minute booking which only took 10 minutes from booking on my tablet on the hotels.com website to actually checking in so great start .....room clean and tidy good facilities just what was needed after a 400 mile drive ...However ......all downhill from there the noise!!!!!! the walls paper thin so you could here from rooms adjacent and also they allow dogs and you could here the yapping from 2 floors down....If you want peace and quiet don't stay here go to a cheaper hotel like A premier classe very basic but at least you get a good nights sleep!!!

Everything you need for a short stay with added bonus of available meal, tasty and simple. Thank goodness the bed was comfortable. Avoid Orleans if it's been raining as when it is flooded it is a nightmare to get anywhere and the Toll roads are shut!! Sadly I could not go and see Orleans but maybe next time when it's dry.

Campanile - just like any other!
We were greeted by being told there was no chef tonight (Sunday) and we stay at Campaniles because of the good value restaurants. There were cold dishes. We ate at the local Poive Rouge - don't go there - awful meal!

Hot night in Orleans!
An overnight stop, returning to UK from S France. The hotel has clearly been renovated and is a clean, tidy and pleasant one. The Staff (a single Manager) was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant and breakfast was excellent. However ... the room we stayed in had been exposed to the sun all day and on entering was in the low 30C. The room had but one opening window so that there is no through draught and such breeze as was present failed to enter the room. The Manager apologised for no air-conditioning but appeared to miss the point that the addition of a simple fan would have solved the problem; as it was we spent the night in what I can only describe as the most expensive sauna I have ever visited! Do not visit this hotel in the height of summer unless you can ensure that you take a room on the shaded side!

It is difficult to provide a full review because unfortunately the hotel had recently had a fire in the dining room, and repairs were being carried out at the time of both our visits on March 31 and April 21, so the dining room was not functioning, though breakfast was still available in the hotel. The rooms have been recently decorated and refurbished in a very attractive way.

not ready for business.
This hotel will be nice when it is ready for occupation but is in the process of a major refurbishment and redecoration, many of the rooms are closed and empty, those that were available smelt of toxic paint fumes as had been repainted during the last few days. We tried several rooms and one of the rooms 007 did not even exist, then asked for a refund which could not be given, we eventually settled for a ground floor room that had been the first to be repainted. It still smelt strongly of fumes, we had to turn off heating and leave window open, both of us were affected by it in the morning. Although you said it had a restaurant, it did not have at present as that was closed also for redecoration. I am surprised you booked us into this hotel and at present it was not worth the money paid. Although will be in time.I feel some financial compensation should be paid.
