Cheap and cheerful night stop but no ac
Arrived late but the Comms from reception were very good and we had the details to unlock a safe with our room keys in it, without problem. Mask obligatory like most places is good. Room was comfortable but obviously decorated and furnished cheaply, which is Fine as the bed was good and the shower was hot. Pool quiet and nice. Had only a coffee In the morning which did the trick, but the breakfast looked fine. Only complaint would be the ac is off because of the virus, perhaps that’s obvious but it wasn’t mentioned prior to booking.

We stayed in the motel part of the hotel. Our bedroom was a large cupboard with ensuite, but with a very poor position of the bathroom door so that it would not open properly. Breakfast was very good - especially for France, but at ten euros each it was too expensive, but would have been fine if included in the room price. Everything worked and it is hard to identify specific faults, yet everything was 'cheap'. I would never choose to stay in that kind of place again.

Drab hotel but fine dining in a lovely town
We had stayed here previously about 20 years ago and little has changed. It’s very outdated although the bed was comfortable. Dinner was excellent but not chap in a Saturday but service stvthe breakfast buffet was dreadful as they failed to replenish the croissants, ham, cheese etc.

Hotel Luccotel
We were breaking our journey from the Limousin to Normandy and only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This is the third time we have stayed there. The staff are all very helpful.

Tiny room, a distance away from where we had to go for breakfast. No good in the rain! They say free wifi, but they don't tell you that it's not in your room, you have to go to the main reception/dining building to use it. Not ver convenient!!! Tiny room & tiny bathroom

Luccotel at Loches
We only stayed for the one night, so did not have time to explore the immediate area. However, the hotel was quiet and the views were great and it made a great place to stop in the middle of a long journey. The whole place was clean and the service was good. The amenities would have been great if staying longer. The hotel was very easy to find.

A great stoppover
We only came for one night, breaking our journey from Limoges to Rouen, so didn't have time to try out the facilities at the hotel. However, everything and everyone was helpful and made the break really good.

Comfortable stay
We have stayed here before on our journeys further south. The view over the town of Loches from the hotel is very picturesque. The hotel pool is always very welcome after a long drive. This year we had our dog with us so the 'motel type'rooms were ideal. As always we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant.

Nice little hotel
Nice little hotel, about 25 minutes from downtown on foot. I booked a regular room (not the motel style ones) and it was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with local products, croissant and homemade cake.

Good stopover hotel if driving through France
We stayed in the Luccotel twice on our recent holiday. One night each on the allez and the retour! It has an attached motel which was handy as we could park our car and camping trailer right in front of the room for security. Motel was clean, comfortable and adequate, if needing a little bit of freshening up round the paintwork etc..Hotel itself was nice with a surprisingly good restaurant and a gorgeous outdoor terrace with stunning view. Dinner in the hotel was really great & had the best kids menu of anywhere we visited on our 3 week trip - proper, delicious adult food in kids portions and beautifully presented. Not a chicken nugget in sight. Location very good as plenty of parking and just off the ring road for easy access back to the main road. there is an indoor pool which looked nice but which we didn't have time to try.

Good stop-over hotel north/south through France
This hotel has a main building and separate motel-style building with a parking space 2 metres from your door! Breakfast is in the main building and comprises standard european breakfast fare. Breakfast is paid-for separately, which keeps costs down if you don't want it. Situated on the edge of Loches, within very easy reach of main routes.

Hotel Luccotel is situated close to the town of Loches which can be viewed from the patio of the restaurant. Our room was away from the main building in one of the independent motel rooms. We could park our car outside our room which was convenient. Service in the restaurant was very slow but the food was good. The staff could speak English which was helpful. We would stay at the hotel again.

Stopover
We had booked a room in the motel, where we have previously stayed, but were able on arrival to upgrade to a room in the main building. It was worth the additional cost. The room was very clean and comfortable and seemed to have been recently redecorated. We would be happy to use this hotel again for a longer stay to explore this lovely area.

Great Hotel/Motel for a one night stay.
The Hotel Luccotel is great if you are staying in Loches for a night, a short walk to the centre of town where the restaurants are and not too far from the other sights.

Receptionist not very helpful over wifi connections. There was o hospitality tra, and being British we were looking forward to a nice cup of tea in our room. Water in swimming pool very cool.

The hotel itself was very good; within walking distance of the town (10 min), a large garden to sit in and plenty of parking. If you want to eat in the hotel you must reserve a table before you get there. We arrived about 7.30pm after 10 hours driving, only to be told the restaurant was full (it didn't look it!) and no, they couldn't tell us a good place to eat as you needed to book in advance for the restaurants in the town. Fortunately the receptionist was wrong and we managed to find some lovely restaurants.

A very pleasant hotel
We stayed one night on our way back to Cherbourg. It was a beautiful evening and we had an excellent meal on the terrace. Our room was one of the "motel" rooms in the annex. It was basic but very clean and comfortable with towels, soap, and hairdryer provided. The breakfast was a fairly comprehensive continental with cereals.We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would hope to use it again

Un hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix avec une vue agréable mais j'aurai préféré payer 10 ou 20€ de plus la nuit pour avoir une piscine un peu mieux chauffée. le buffet petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien !
