We arrived at 4pm to find the place with no heat, and with two emails and one phone call didn't receive assistance until 10am the following morning. It’s brilliantly equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are lovely, and the kitchen is the best we have ever seen for group cooking and dining. "The perfect location to explore North Wales from, close to Conwy and Snowdonia. Zipworld is worth a visit but pricey, Conwy for its castle walls and crabbing, and Snowdon if walking or photograph is your thing.
