Other guests were incredibly loud. Service was not great nor all that warm and welcoming. The state of the property has really declined since the last time we stayed here. It’s too run-down, sleepy, dreary, and old overall. And the check-in was so slow and uninformative. Will never stay here again

There were 2 downfalls to our room were. First, the room was so hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down so it made sleeping miserable. Second, there was no ventilation in the bathroom so when you showered it was muggy. Other than that we were pleased. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was amazing! The restaurant is a bit pricey but there are a lot of close alternative options close by! Would stay there again!

Unfortunately this hotel hosts many parties (wedding receptions and such). At 2:30 am we were woken by young teens (most likely not drunk, just happy) yelling and racing up and down the corridor. They did it twice, even banging against our door. Very frustrating when one has no recourse! We stay here for its convenience, close by our relatives but not the best place we have stayed in this area.

In addition to my prior review. Our “upgraded” room did not have a working fridge or microwave so it was awesome waking up to all of our groceries for our trip spoiled! Every single part of the hotel experience was awful, from checking into a clearly not cleaned room, to the alcohol consuming pool party, to the awful weed smell for my children to have to smell. Would never recommend or return. Want management response as soon as possible

It was an alright experience. There wasn’t really much that stood out in this hotel. There was no free breakfast and no microwave in the hotel. Even though I stayed in a deluxe room.

Dear Michelle, Unfortunately, The Hotel does not offer free breakfast. In order to get breakfast, you must include it within your reservation when you book. As far as a microwave, one is located by the front desk.

It was great. Everyone was nice. Beautiful pool. Couldn’t find the fitness center. They def need more signs. I was completely lost. Con The continental breakfast was 22 dollars and all they offered was fruit and cereal and muffins * but it was all you can eat ( eyeroll) * Would have purchased one item but it was a buffet? Odd. Coffee and tea was free

I work in nearby Short Hills and the area was calling for snow and I had to be in very early the next day so I booked this hotel in quick reaction to the weather forecast. I would do the same again, it was safe, convenient, clean and affordable.
