“Good rooms in a good location”

The hotel is in an excellent location. The facilities within the room are excellent, with a full kitchen and an excellent bathroom. Car parking was available in the hotels own car park with access direct to the rooms via a lift.

“Great Hotel in a good location”

booked a one bedroomed suite which gave us plenty of room. I travelled with two teenagers who appreciated their own space, they had the sofa bed in the living area with their own tv. I retired to my own kingsized bed with my own remote. There was no fighting over channels! bliss! A great location, right next to Albert dock but nice and quiet. I'll stay here again. Easy walking distance of town/Liverpool One/Albert Dock

“Excellent hotel - book now!!!”

A family of four stayed for one night before catching our boat home. There was two double beds loads of room for everyone to relax. The decor and design of the room was just luxury and delight to stay in. The lcation is perfect, close to restaurants and shops. We dined in 'What Cooking' on the Alberts Dock which was really good. we will be returning to this hotel.

“Good and comfortable base”

We stayed 2 nights earlier in September and had booked to enjoy having the comfort of a room with kitchenette but the benefit of a breakfast included. We were not disappointed. The room seemed a little tired in places, such as the sliding wardrobes not sliding, considering this is a pretty new hotel and we, along with others staying had problems with the toilet flushing system - think they need to upgrade the whole plumbing sooner rather than later. However, when we reported the problem, we were speedily moved into another room. Service was always with a smile and the breakfasts consisted of a good selection to cater for most. The location is good for tourists and about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Liverpool for the nightlife. We are booked to stay in the same chain in New York shortly and are hoping to have as enjoyable an experience there.

“perfect for liverpool sightseeing”

It was very close to Albert Dock, which has most sightseeing spots. You do not need a car if you stay here. They have kitchen, but we did not use it as there are no supermarkets close by.

“Good location for Albert Dock and museums.”

Stayed for three nights. Was given a corner suite on the top floor, which was extremely clean. Great views over the dock. All the facilities were extremely good, with kitchenette, lounge and seperate bedroom, with large bathroom. Flat screen TVs in each room, although slightly disappointed that not all advertised channels were available. The help yourself continental breakfast was good, with a limited choice of hot food. The only negative in the room was that there was no fast boil electric kettle, only one that sat on the hob and took ten minutes to boil.
