“REally Bad service”

I know that this is a 3 strat hotel but I was waiting for a little more with the service. From the people infornt of the main desk to the service by phone, everyone is instreted in put away your request without offer a solution. I had a room next to another one with a baby. The noyse was so loud and the main desk only gave a solution to the guest to send the baby to the hospital. Is this a real service?

“i loved it!!”

I loved the location, close to the Sanctuary and shops, restaurants, very modern, included a very good breakfast.If I go back I will choose this hotel

“Bad experience”

We selected this hotel for the indoor pool and fitness facilities . When we got there both facilities were not there. Very bad marketing!

“Average tourist hotel”

This hotel provides a safe haven after a busy day of sight-seeing. The rooms are clean, and the included breakfast sufficient, though not very appetizing. Although close to the Roma Metro Station, it's still a good 15-20 minute ride to most of the city's attractions. Next time, we'd choose an area that's closer to the city center, thus saving on Metro tickets that could add up, especially for a family of four.

Area recommendations
We never had enough time to discover many of the neighborhoods, although we liked the Restaurador area for it's proximity to other areas of the city.

“A Delightful Lisbon Secret”

We were one of the millions "trapped" in Europe this past April because of the Icelandic volcano erruption; and so, having hastily booked this hotel simply because it was one of the few still available in Lisbon, we were delighted to find that our choice was actually an advantageous find. It is an older hotel, to be sure, but it is clean, spacious, has a wonderful charm about it, is very near the airport, and the breakfast buffet was simply remarkable. If I ever get the chance to go to Lisbon again, I will want to return to this conveniently located hotel, which is right in the middle of the city with chic shops and delicious restaurants all around.

Getting around
If you like walking, there is a large park just a mile or so away from the hotel. I don't know the name of it and was not expecting so large a wooded area right in the middle of a city atmosphere; but there it is, equipped with paved walkways, a playground, and exercise stations throughout. A nice, quick getaway from city life.

“nice hotel”

This is a nice hotel in Alvalade zone near to metro and train stations. The room was very nice (lots of space) and clean. The only problem was the lack of parking places at the hotel. I needed to park in the avenue in front of the hotel but with no problems.

“Hotel in Lisbon that's near trains.”

Was nice location. We were mainly resting up for an extra day.
