Very nice hotel,good location close to restaurants and public transport. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nice to have tea and coffee all day long. Fruits should be better for bkfast most of the time they were not ripped. Surely we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel great location. Very clean and beautifully appointed. Lots of very helpful touches throughout hotel which made our stay very special. Particularly appreciated the pool and gym. My only negative was some of the staff at breakfast did not appear to be enjoying their job!!

I was extremely impressed with the helpful staff and particularly Andrea. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, plus complimentary port, coffee, tea, and desserts are available throughout the day.

It was a very quaint hotel, located in a great area for walking to shops and dining and very close to the airport and train station. The junior suite was absolutely huge and well decorated. The breakfast and afternoon, pastries, coffee, and teas were great!

Stunning location on a grand boulevard with luxury shops and a metro stop nearby, but also very quiet and safe. Highly recommend getting a room with a view over the Avenida! The breakfast buffet is lavish and open for 5 hours, and the staff are very responsive and customer-focused.

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful and quaint hotel. The service was great, the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and the tea, coffee and port wine offered daily. Felt like a very safe area, we walked everywhere, close enough to plenty of restaurants amd shopping without being in the middle of the crowds. Metro is a couple blocks away. Room was comfy and spacious, room service daily. Bed was comfy. We had a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic boutique hotel
This is a fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Very friendly team, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast. They had tea, coffee, port, custard tarts, cakes and doughnuts available in the lounge for guests all afternoon and evening which felt like an excellent treat. The small pool in the basement was an added bonus and great for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Thoroughly recommended.

A classy hotel that blends some modern with many old fashioned flourishes in its rooms. The location is excellent, the tea service was a nice surprise, and I would be thrilled to stay again.

We only stayed here for a short time but really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice in a great location. Staff was very helpful in logistics and getting a cab for an early flight.

We loved that the hotel had refreshments left out day and night so you could make a cup of tea, coffee and have light snacks or port at any time of day. The decor of the hotel was super cute and design forward and looked better than the photos on the site. We were upgraded because of my VIP status and loved our room and included amenities. The breakfast each day was graciously served until noon and was delicious and full. My favorite extra was the Nespresso machines and hot milk each morning! The small gym and exercise pool are also great. Would highly recommend to others!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The lobby area is very stylish and comfortable. Our room was well-appointed and we loved the way it was laid out. The hotel is located on a beautiful tree-lined street and it is easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel-we will be back!

The property has a great location near train, shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was very large and it had all the required necessities. It is also a safe and clean area to stay in the best street in central Lisbon. Highly recommend it.

I spent the last 2 nights of my trip to Portugal at Heritage Avenida Liberdade. The absolute perfect spot! Stay on the 5th or 6th floor because your windows open up to a view overlooking the rooftops. Luxurious and attentive. Also a very safe area if you are traveling solo.
