The door code we were given to get in didn’t work Had to call on WhatsApp to get in! And then the door wouldn’t lock so had to order food in ! The neighbors had noisy dogs and also some screaming kids Never had a good sleep ! Shower was hot but shower door wouldn’t close properly! Floors need renovating ! TV only had sound no visual! When I complained he offered to pay Uber to airport !!!

The owners were great. Very customer friendly. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to Oriente station serving all of Portugal and 10 min drive to airport. For 15 euros the owner drove us to the airport at 5:AM Better service than taxi or uber.

Ok place. We stayed there for 1 night and wanted to be near Oriente and this fit the requirements. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable and some were uneven. Other amenities were fairly standard if a bit unexciting. Check in and check out were super easy.

1. Studio no. 6 was somewhat difficult to find, more exact instructions are needed indicating that it is at a completely separate entrance (in fact, on an adjacent street). 2. Instructions for locating keys with code are confusing, had to call property at midnight for help. On the other hand, they were responsive and helpful. 3. Bad odor in the bathroom. 4. No soap in the bathroom.

This apartment was a great place to stay. We had an overnight layover and the location to the Lisbon airport was excellent. The host communicated and the check in and check out process was seamless. I highly recommend staying in this quaint apartment!

Area is nice BUT the owner is very rude and unprofessional. On Expedia when I booked, it says check in is at 2pm, we got there right at 2 and we’re not let into the apartment till 4:30. Owner said check in is at 4:00 and checkout is at 11:00. He was not accommodating at all so we stood outside in the cold with kids. Once we got inside, the toilet was broken, I contacted the owner and he was rude and told me he will get it fixed and hung up the phone. The maintenance guy came and was in our apartment from 6-9pm. This was ridiculous and I will never book here again! Think before you do!!!

I've stayed in this property several times. The location is great - walking distance to the Oriente station, so you're near the Metro, train, and bus stations. Also close to shopping at Vasco da Gama.

Parking is available on the street. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were not cleaned and had some smell. Overall the property did not seem to be upto mark compared to its peers at comparable category. Insulation is poor and you could hear everyone and everything around you. on the positive side close to the airport.

We only stayed one night, but the property was cozy & comfortable. The manager/owner lives nearby and greeted us kindly. Our GPS sent us a few odd was, but we eventually made it. Very close to the harbor side train/metro station and a large mall with shops and restaurants.

The property was fine apart from the fact that my room had no heater and the TV remote had no batteries. What disappointed me the most was the fact that I asked for transportation to the airport on the 23rd at 7:15 and they forgot. When I called at 7:15, they simply called a regular taxi which came 15 min later. I had to rush at the airport due to their unreliable attitude!

My second time staying here. Perfect spot for being near the trains and Metro (on to airport or to city center) for a place to stay if you need a convenient spot for a short travel layover. Also near (10 min walk) the Vasco da Gama shopping mall for groceries or any other shopping you need. The communication with the property manager was great via WhatsApp. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Cable TV and internet were great. I was only there for 1 night, but I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again when I'm back in Lisbon. I walked there from the Oriente station with one roller bag. If you have multiple bags, walking might not be your best option, but there are many taxis at the Oriente station if you need one.

Studio convenient for the airport
We stayed overnight in this studio from about 8.30p.m until 5.30a.m, so only used it for an overnight stop between flights. The property was more than adequate for this purpose although in January we were very cold. It is a ten minute drive from the airport and the check in was efficient. The owner will arrange pick up and drop off at the airport if requested. We arranged to be picked up at 5.30 a.m to go to the airport and the host was bang on time. The studio has two single beds and what I assume is a sofa bed, however I wouldn’t recommend it for 4 adults. The kitchen area, dining area, sofa and beds are all in one large room. The bathroom is quite small.

Great place for a short stop-over if you need easy access to the trains or airport. Close to the Oriente station - about a 15 minute walk. There is no front desk/reception area, so you need to contact the owners when you arrive so they can come and meet you and let you in. The wait was about 5 minutes, so not bad.It would be nice if there was a place to wait that was covered in case of rain. They provide you all the contact information after you book the room. The internet had some connection and speed issues, but it was raining/storming a lot during my stay, so the owner said that was affecting the wifi signal. The place was clean and had everything necessary to cook if you wanted to do that. Also very close to the Vasco da Gama shopping center for grocery store, food & shopping. All walkable with no problem. There's a Metro stop at the Oriente station as well if you want to get to the main part of the city quickly. Great place for the price & location - in fact I'm coming back in a couple of weeks after visiting Porto to spend a night before catching a flight the next day.

Good Experience
We had a wonderful short stay at this apartnment ery good stay at these apartments. Diogo and Andre are very helpful and friendy. The apartment was clean and with most of what we need. Well located - short distance from parque das naçoes. Just a recomendation for improvement - the shower cabin and extra towel in the bathroom for drying your hands. The rest was all perfect.
