Wonderful clean hotel with a superb breakfast with incredible pastel de note and fresh fruits and so many foods. The air conditioning was tricky to get working but worked well once we asked for help. Very clean and great staff! It is so close to Tram 28 also!!!

When I booked with accommodations, I was unaware that it was an hostel or I would have paid more to ensure I stayed in a hotel. All the linens and towels were threadbare, especially the towels which had holes. The bathroom and shower were extremely small and one iron serviced the entire hostel. The carpet runners on the stairwell are old and stained. Except for housecleaning, everything else was a dud. I would not stay there again. Sorry

I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The hotel is an old house that has been converted. The bathroom was so small you could hardly sit down and close the door. It was hot outside and there is no air conditioning. They did not speak english. The price of 25 euros was on the door, but we were charged 75 euros plus 2 for city tax instead of the $75 that's on the website. Today, it is showing 110 on the internet.

Total waste of money even for a night
Stayed in this hostel for 1 night. Showers are not attached to the wall, so you have to hold it in your hand to wash. The main reason is nosie. It's such a noisy place (both inside and outside) you can't actually sleep. The hostel is situated by the busy noise and you will hear cars passing by all night long, other customers coming back late are noisy too. Customer service from the reception staff was below average. I regret I spend the money, could as well spend a slepless night at the airport.

30 feet up the street you can stay at a very nice hotel. At any price, this hotel is not worth it.. Noisy with people yelling inside and out,very small room. The bathroom was so small you literally could not turn around and the shower had to be hand held

Ok for a short stay
This place is fine for a short stay. The decor is outdated (like you're staying at your grandparents house) but the rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are a good size, however the bathrooms are very small/cramped, but functional. The pension is located about a 10 minute walk from the main part of town and is close to the metro. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

like you are at grandparents
I had the feeling I spent four days at grandparents home. Furniture is old but preserved with great effort to wipe years by paint and textiles. Everything is clean and tidy. Of course it is not at all old, there is a very satisfactory speed free wifi (better than a 3* hotel in very popular avenue of Lisbon where I spent one night before). In particular, I emphasize taking care of my stay, which is almost equal to the one your grandparents give you. Fairness and willingness to help, despite the modest English, is extraordinary for an older gentleman who works the day shift, Communication with the hotel is excellent, 100 meters away is Anjos metro station, and 150 meters on the other side is the station is the famous 28 tram. The only thing that bothered me a little was just the environment typical of Avenida Almirante Reis, although I personally have not had any problems even during an evening walk back to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for those who do not care to admire the hotel's furniture, but also to be warmly welcomed and enjoy their stay in Lisbon (Rossio Square to be reached easily on foot in 15 minutes)...

We were warned by the taxi driver not to go out at night because of the drug problem in the area. The businesses that used to be located adjacent to the hotel are closed and the windows boarded. Hotel looked beat up and worn out. Musty smells. Room itself was sufficient. Burned out light bulbs in room and TV did not work. Hotel staff was courteous, but did not appear to understand English very well. We struggled to communicate. Pictures of hotel must have been taken a long time ago.

Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet, Bad ebenso. Im Hotel sehr ruhig und auch die Straße war aufgrund der guten Fenster kaum zu hören. U-Bahn Station (grüne Linie) nur ca. 100m entfernt. Super Frühstücksauswahl. Nettes Personal. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert für Kurztrip in diese Stadt.

Da non consigliare neanche al peggior nemico soffitto camera sfogliato serranda da alzare a mano arredamento fatiscente biancheria bagno Lisa e rammendata bagno invivibile piccolo rubinetti anni 60 con perdita acqua senza miscelatore contesto generale da stamberga. ..etc stanza 104 degli orrori !!! Se si può vorrei almeno in parte essere rimborsato cmq consiglio di toglierlo dai vostri elenchi

Se vi adattate...
L'unico vantaggio è la posizione, fermata della metropolitana a 2 passi per raggiungere il centro (oppure 20 minuti a piedi) La pensione è datata e trascurata. La camera è grande però maleodorante e con le tapparelle rotte e bloccate quindi impossibile sia vedere luce che arieggiare Pulizia scarsa infatti c'erano vari peli in bagno e nella vasca L'aria condizionata non aveva il telecomando per accederla Zona rumorosa

The worst experience in my whole life. Avoid this
1. The hotel is OLD and SUPER DIRTY and it is smelly. 2. The room is covered with hair and dust on the floor. Mold is everywhere at the edge, corner and especially the shower room. 3. The shower stand can barely allow a person to stand and the water comes extremely slow and not hot. 4. The toilet bow can barely allow a person to sit on let alone not hitting the door in front of it. 5. The bed sheet looks clean but it makes me itchy all night long.

o quarto estava limpo, apesar da decoração antiquada era bastante acolhedor para quem gosta de coisas simples. o meu quarto tinha banheira, a casa de banho e quarto eram do tamanho ideal, não achei pequenos demais como vi em comentários anteriores. a localização é boa fica em frente ao metro e perto de restaurantes.

orrenda, abbiamo cambiato hotel il giorno successivo, fatiscente, vecchio, una crepa nel muro che andava dal soffitto a terra e ci entrava un dito, fili elettrici tutti scoperti e prese della corrente attaccate con il nastro adesivo, per non parlare del bagno se così si può chiamare un metro quadrato dove, per poterti lavare, dovevi uscire con il sedere! C'è di molto meglio nei dintorni a pochissima differenza di prezzo

Hotel antigo, com baixo conforto, ficamos em um quarto com casa de banho pequenina e sem água quente, os móveis do quarto em péssimo estado. O único ponto positivo do hotel foi a cordialidade do atendimento. Existe outros hotéis mais bem localizados e com melhores acomodações a um custo mais baixo.

não quero rebaixar a avaliação.
Quando chegamos fomos levados para o quarto 302 que verdadeiramente não me agradou: muito pequeno; televisão antiga, com apenas 3 canais (portugueses)funcionais, pois o da SIC não funcionava. Saímpos para dar yuma pequena volkta às redonmdezas e quando regressei, disse na portaria que o canal não funcionava. Passados uns minutos apareceu lá um funcionário que ao fim de algum tempo conseguiu pôr o canal a funcionar. No dia seguinte de manhã, telefonaram da portaria informando que quando viesse ao fim da tarde já iria para outro quarto (o 203). Assim foi efectivamente, mas este quarto também não tinha o quarto de banho completo, faltando o bidet, mas lá nos arranjamos. Não tenciono voltar a utilizar esta residencial - não porque tivéssemos sido mal atendidos - mas acho que 40 €uros por noite (120 @ por 3 noites) para passar uma Lua de Mel em Bodas de ouro (50 anos de casamento), com as deficiências que encontramos, é demasiado CARO, pois se tivéssemos procurado com mais calma (e mais tempo) tínhamos - de certeza arranjado instalações melhores e mais baratas, soube-o logo no dia seguinte, por mero acaso, mas como os contratos são para cumprir entendi ficar lá até ao fim, pagando o que me pediam.

El hotel necesita una reforma urgente. La persiana se quedaba atascada, la ventana no cerraba bien y la tulipa de la lámpara de cabecera está sujeta con celo. En el baño la tapa del wc cae continuamente y no había casi espacio, pero la atención del personal es correctísima y muy atentos, y con muy buena ubicación tanto para ir al aeropuerto como a cualquier punto de la ciudad porque tiene dos entradas al metro supercerca

Gemütliches Hotel in super Lage
Wirklich ein sehr süßes, preiswertes Hotel in bester Lage. (Nähe Station Anjos) Leider fahren (auch nachts) sehr viele Autos, sodass man das Fenster immer geschlossen halten muss. Was auch super funktionierte, war das freie WLAN auf dem Zimmer.

L' hotel è in un'ottima posizione, le camere sono un po' rustiche, ma confortevoli e lo staff molto gentile. Il prezzo è stato ottimo. Lisbona è una città da visitare sicuramente !!! Viaggio perfetto ..... :)))

L'hôtel est bien placé cependant beaucoup de bruit car pas de double vitrage dans la chambre. Chambre assez démodés avec une robinetterie pas top des store roulant que l'on doit lever manuellement!

Quarto limpo, hotel muito bem localizado, próximo às atrações e ao metrô Anjos. Pessoal da recepção bastante educado e atencioso. Só peca pela falta de café da manhã. Poderia ter uma geladeira no quarto. É o típico Bom Bonito e Preço Justo.
