All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both day & night hotel managers couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Room was small but efficient. Typical European 3*/4*. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the buffet breakfast! The hotel’s location was perfect for walking tours of the neighborhoods. The 5th floor room faced the street and had low ceiling sections that created a bit of a safety hazard for one’s head if one was not careful. The queen size bed was comfortable. Staff service was excellent and hotel restaurant food was very good.

I had a great stay at My Story. The hotel is conveniently located to major attractions and has an excellent restaurant. It is a boutique hotel so you feel really at home and seen by the desk and restaurant staff. I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to staying there again upon my next visit to Lisbon.
