The check in and customer service was terrible. I told the manager at least 3 times that we would arrive at noon, and since check in was listed as 4PM we would leave our luggage until the room was ready. We arrived at noon and left our luggage. Host said room would be ready soon and she would send us a message when ready. No message came, so we returned at 4PM to check in. Room still not ready. We were told we would have to wait outside and room would be ready in less than 30 minutes, and she would message when ready. We went outside and sat on cold stone steps for 45 minutes, still no message. Went back to the room, the cleaning person said she was done but couldn’t find the host, she wasn’t in her office. Once we reached the manager and were allowed to check in it was after 5PM. Worst check in experience ever. Asked how to turn on shower, was told to ask security guard. Asked if there was a scale somewhere to weigh our luggage, she responded at midnight that we should ask at the airport. Worst Expedia experience ever!
