This is a really nice, stylish hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s conveniently located for public transport, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The only downside is there’s building work going on nearby which makes it noisy.

Very nice stay in a well set up hotel. High ceilings and clean rooms with all you need. Great breakfast buffet. Ask for a room facing the water, the other side faces the railway and it can be noisy. Overall very nice hotel for business or short stay

Safe area, lots to explore. Staff were great and hotel is very new and clean, breakfasts had a lot of variety. I expect that the only reason this hotel is not ranked higher is due to lack of amenities such as gym and pool area.

The property was perfectly located for the airport and the aquarium, which is world-renowned. The one crucial issue was that we chose this hotel because our daughter and her girlfriend were arriving into Lisbon a day earlier than my husband and myself and the hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. When my daughter called to arrange the shuttle, they said they would only cover one of the girls, since they were arriving several hours apart. However, even when contacted with all of the flight details, no shuttle was available upon arrival (despite it being early evening, not some crazy time.) Ultimately, uber is relatively inexpensive in Lisbon, so it wasn't a crisis, and it was a perfectly nice hotel, but this inability to deliver on the feature that had made us choose this specific hotel was a bit of a fumble.

This was a great small hotel with delicious breakfast right in the heart of Lisbon. We could walk to many great restaurants and a mall, plus drive to the main tourist sites. Beware that parking is extra.

The staff were great. Very welcoming. Surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. Room was clean and modern with nice bathroom. We'd stay there again. Down side was that they advertise a shuttle that wasn't running, but it's only a 10 Euro taxi ride to the airport.

Although it was quite expensive, I was thankful for the airport transportation. I appreciated the driver walking me to the check in point. The location was great for walking to the oceanariam and Vasco de Gama shopping mall.

It’s a great hotel, however the windows in this building is not well insulated , we could hear all the construction happening across the street. Also room have no coffee stations in them. However the hotel is great and location is very good.

Great place to stay near the airport. Also close to the train station where you can catch the train to Porto, as well as the Metro station to connect to other areas of the city. Property was new, clean and technology friendly. We had a room in front of the elevator and thought it would be loud, but we actually we barely disturbed at all.
