This hotel is not for tourist stays. Nothing close by and no ADA access. Hotel staff were not friendly and had poor knowledge of hotel and surrounding area. During our 5 day stay never ever greeted or acknowledged when entering or leaving hotel. Even at check-in, quite uninterested and not welcoming. No one explained having to insert key card in slot near door inside to turn on room lights. On several occasions when asking about hotel amenities, like laundry, and area directions the staff was clueless. In fact, they seemed annoyed at being interrupted. Hotel lobby was cold and uncomfortable while we waited for friends and transportation. The rooms were OK, a bit out dated. Bed was hard, pillows super flat. Did not sleep well in 5 days. We had 3 rooms and all were equally uncomfortable. There was no room for luggage. Bathtubs in each room were quite high, even for my husband 5'8". The rest of us, shorties had to be careful in/out of tub. Floors are slippery tile and Bathtub slippery and enclosure leaked water on the floors. One towel mat was always soaked. Definitely not impressed, quite disappointing. The area is business district, lots of homeless closeby. Not recommended! Not worth the price. Lots better hotels in the area at similar prices. Our previous hotel in Nazare was quite the opposite.

I wouldn’t rate this place as a 4 star. There is no coffee in room, no iron in room the half shower is ridiculous. The elevator going up and down made noise in my room all night. Only free water on first day, really it’s water. Not able to make change for customers on any shift except day shift?

Staff here couldn’t be more helpful and kind - they got as an in room tea&coffee tray straight away when we enquired as it says it’s included. The breakfast buffet had a good variety & regularly refreshed with attentive friendly staff. Sadly the rooms were a bit of a let down, a lot of cracked tiles, peeling paint, stained carpet and lamps, mini fridge (not mini-bar as stated in description) was broken inside and had so much ice build up in it. I was quite disappointed for the price (£125ish a night), especially as in normally go a bit more budget & the room felt of the same level.

No AC in the front area for 3rd person guest bed. No instructions on how to turn on the AC. Rattling sound from the AC. Front desk personnel at check-in were not to welcoming. Wi-if was poor. Great location.

I was sitting in the conference room, one idiot came to me and said to walk away from the room, I was about to go out, he was very very very rude and angrily locked the door staring at me That was totally unacceptable Room service was very poor, I tried room service number more than 15 times, no response even a single time Room was very small, not the same size as we see in the picture Check in was at 2 - they gave me the room at 2:15PM

An average stay.
An average hotel stay. Spacious clean room and large bed (bigger than kingsize) however decor was tired looking. The wooden floor was broken and in some-places missing. The toilet and bidet were on the wrong side of each other, meaning that due to the angle of the bathroom one could not sit straight when using the toilet. Staff were friendly and helpfull, even if the concierge guy was overly eager to help us with our bags. Despite being advertised online on arrival i was advised that the bar was closed permanently. Very close to the metro and other public transport which was a bonus and far enough away from the mail tourist area to be quiet and peaceful at night. On the whole an average hotel, however from my experience in travelling and hotel using this is a three star hotel NOT a four star hotel.

The rooms were a good size. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard but we slept well. Also it has a small gym, which was a very pleasant surprise! It was in a great location that was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in Lisbon - and we did a lot!!

The location of the hotel is relatively close to the city center. There are subway stations and bus stations nearby. It is very convenient to travel. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi cannot be used at all. As a 4 star hotel, they need to improve the hotel facilities, because it is a bit old

While no frills, this was a lovely, clean, convenient and cozy nest for our few days in Lisbon. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the room so quiet--we slept super well--and this was one of the only hotels that offered a convenient family room, making travel with young kids affordable and doable.

Good olace, near all the places you need to eat or go shopping. It is close to the metro, subway and it is easy to walk to the historical center Great hotel, bed excellet, service is really good.

I would not recommend this hotel. The area around is not great and isn’t really near anything. The water in the shower came out brown at first and there was rarely hot water. They also consistently locked the front doors of the hotel, even before 10:00pm, and locked out myself and other guests.

The Bathtub/Shower was very slippery. Needs a safety mat or take the tub out and put in a walk-in shower. At the price of the room should give free bottle water everyday and NOT only on the day of arrival.

We stayed one night for traveling. The hotel buffet breakfast was had a nice variety. The hotel has a good location, and the free parking is a win. The rate for nightly stay was well worth the quality of the hotel. Our only concern was they have a limit on amount of people allowed in the rooms. I booked a double/double, believing our party of four would be allowed to stay in one room. We ended up paying more and down grading. The hotel would not refund the difference. Expedia should mention this on the listing restrictions.

Not 4 star in my books
Ive stayed in a lot better hotels with 3 stars compared to this 4 star, actually i would not give it 4 star at all. At check in the receptionist was somewhat grumpy, not a smile or warm welcome, the room didnt feel like 4 star, 2 bulbs not working and side bed lamps did not turn on, the toilet lavatory had hair in it so that was a no no right away, there were fingerprint marks on the mirror which tells me they dont do due diligence to inspect the rooms after cleaning. Good thing is that its well located. Im definitely not going back to this hotel.

Nice property in a very good and accessible area. Room lacks outlets near bedside for those that Use their phones as alarms. Mini fridge was not stocked. the lobby bar doesn’t appear to ever be open. To me these are just minor inconveniences
