Closeness to airport is a plus for travellers. The bedroom and bathroom in our were a little small but okay for a one night stay. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The property was lovely but our room was quite small for 2 people. Great for one overnight, close to the airport. Not many restaurants nearby.

Our overnight in Lisbon
Entrance was dark and not very welcoming. Staff was fine but left by 8:30pm with no manager on duty. We wanted recommendations on walkable restaurants and help with morning taxi. Room was clean but small as was the bathroom. The corner of sheet kept coming off all night.

Nice proximity to Old Town. Guilherme was very pleasant. Brought a fan as we had problems with our air conditioner, but it got resolved. Room is very, very, very small Toilet wouldn't flush knees hit wall sitting. Sorry drain iverflowed all over the floor. Way overpriced.

Excellent location if you have an early flight. 20 minute walk or €20 shuttle to airport. Decent restaurant are also about a 20min walk. Our room was very small but it was only for one night. Decent breakfast.

Hotel very close to Lisbon airport
A friend booked this hotel since it was so close to the Lisbon airport and we had a very early flight. I was surprised that it did not have a sign outside; just the number. We were able to walk to an early dinner with the help of the receptionist and she also booked us a 2 am taxi pickup. So all went well for a quick over night stay. Good linen and pillows and a king size bed! Left too early for breakfast.

Excellent B&B/hotel!
We stayed at the Alvalade Palace on our last night of a 10 day visit to Portugal. It's close to the airport. Truly a hidden gem on the outskirts of Lisbon on a grand avenue. Beautiful garden in the back, excellent service, great breakfast, and very clean, comfortable bedroom.

The property is an ok place to stay if you are there for a night or so and very convenient to the airport. I did walk it and it took me about 15 to 20 minutes but I do not advise walking it if you have a large suitcase on wheels as the pavements are uneven and there is also a bit of a hill to climb. The property itself is okay and I had the Garden Room so it was very easy for me to just open the doors and go out into the garden which was nice and that room is on the ground floor. The walls are fairly thin though and you will hear other guests as they arrive taking their showers and moving about. There is a very young girl who is there in the mornings and early afternoon and she is extremely friendly and helpful full of smiles and ready to assist you in any way that she can and she's the best staff member they have there, along with the lady who does the cleaning. The older lady that comes afterwards doesn't smile much and she seems to come across a bit brash but this might be because she is trying to understand what you are saying to her when speaking English. It would have been nicer though if she smiled a little bit more and was a little bit more welcoming particularly when you are asking her questions. I would not take the hotel services shuttle for 20 euros because I took a normal taxi and it cost under 10 Euros with a tip and that was to get into the Sete Rios train and bus terminal of Lisbon. Edward cost similar if not perhaps even a bit less to get to the airport but I would give the taxi driver a tip because they work very hard for limited pay €10 for a transfer is very cheap I don't think I would have liked have stayed there for any more than one night but it is an ok place to crash ifiyoufhave alayover ifprice is right and I got a very good rate on Expedia when I booked

Great staff. Expected a small room as we reserved a basic room. Too small and shower so small it was practically unusable. No water in room apart from the small bottle you could buy for 2 euros. No coffee maker. Clean room and good breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel before flying out of Lisbon airport. It was very convenient - about 15-20 min walk to the airport if you are so inclined. The room was excellent and the staff was very thoughtful. They even packed a breakfast for us, as we left before breakfast opened. Great place!

Used it before an early morning flight. We would miss breakfast time so the staff prepared a take away breakfast which helped very much the next day. Very thoughtful! The place is beautiful and the staff friendly. Room was small but very clean and well prepared.

We liked their helpful and courteous staff; Olesya and Lily. Breakfast was Ok. However, this facility does not have a sign ALVALADE on the front door, at night was dark and difficult for taxi drivers to find it. Is this a licensed facility? Still unknown to us. The bathroom shower is very small. The sink is bigger than the table base underneath. No room to put our toiletries unless you place them on the shower floor. The room doesn't even have a little desk/chair. Stayed 2 nights. $160/night It is our personal opinion that we could have done much better someplace else.
