The room was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Lincoln, NE.

This hotel has been well maintained by a great management team. Any problems were quickly resolved. Staff were friendly. Kelly was an exceptional breakfast provider.

Okay, could be better
Although this hotel is nice and decent, I think there is a lot to be desired as far as service and cleanliness is concerned. The shower curtain was old and had stains. The breakfast was good, but the service was very weak. The people didn’t smile and looked like they didn’t enjoy their job. The room had a lot to be desired, no smart tvs, very small for a 2 bedroom suit. The day we asked for room service to clean the room beds were not made. Heater and ac units are not very good, it was either too hot or too cold. All that to say, hotel is in a safe and convenient location and the hotel is nice. The staff is overall friendly, although I had to always go to the office to get help, there was once or twice that people were at the front desk in three days.

World’s loudest air conditioners—only 1 foot from bed! Suffocating in the room with no fresh air—window opens a crack. Great if you don’t like sleep or feeling rested.

Clean, modern hotel. Very decent breakfast offerings. Room was comfortable and spacious. Lovely kitchen amenities with full fridge. Dog friendly! Good outdoor grassy areas but got eaten alive by mosquitos so beware.

Everything was amazing!! Tge only thing I’d change would be the pricing in snacks and beer. I purchased 4 Coronas and they were $5 a piece.

Late night stupidity.
Hotel itself was in okay condition. The person who checked us in was super polite and welcoming. HOWEVER, things went sideways when a fight started at 11:30 in the parking lot outside the lobby. The screaming and peacocking lasted 2+ hours with multiple participants coming and going from in the hotel and cars pulling up. No one from the front desk addressed the issue leading us to assume either this was an issue that involved an employee or no one was on duty. No police were called so it must be normal behavior and acceptable. We did not want to get involved unless it escalated beyond general idiocy and fortunately no weapons were displayed so we turned up the fan. Just beware and don’t stay on a low floor.

Surprisingly Modern

The staff was friendly, the porperty convenient and breakfast was good. Unfortunately cleanliness was an issue during my stay. I walked the grounds with my dog (very pet friendly thank you!!), and noticed a lot of trash in corners and on the lawn. But worse yet i found dirty glasses in the kitchenette cabinets. The fridge front was dirty. Floor corners were grimy and a number of flat surfaces were dusty. Needed a good deep clean.
