I'm sorry you were disappointed in your recent visit with us but wish you had told us about any problems at the time. We don't always get everything perfectly done, but have staff on duty 24 hours a day to respond to any guest needs. While we will follow up wqith the housekeeping staff that serviced the room prior to your arrival, we would have corrected any problems with the room or provided a room you found more suitable at the time.

I am sorry you were disappointed in your recent visit, but a little surprised at the review you posted. While we strive to provide a positive experience for every guest, we do not get it right every time. We hope that if we don't get it right, our guests will let us know and give us a chance to correct things. Unfortunately, despite the fact you were here for two days, you did not let us know of any problems until you were checking out and that's too late for us to address any issues you had while you were here. Had we been aware that the room wasn't properly serviced, we would have corrected that or moved you to a room that was more acceptable; we have staff on duty 24 hours a day to respond to any of our guests' needs. I did waive the pet fees at checkout and was under the impression you were satisfied with that.
