We loved our stay at this condo! Pictures cannot capture how beautiful the balcony views are in person! We did several hikes and had many adventures in the area. Having a personal hot tub on the balcony was fabulous. It was our first time to Oregon and everything was amazing. The condo was comfortable and clean, as promised. We appreciated how everything was well labeled and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone. We traveled up and down the coast over the course of our stay, so we appreciated Lincoln City being more central. It was really a vacation to remember. Also, being on the 3rd floor and an end unit, the ocean views were even better than expected. The basement parking was convenient too. After a long day of hiking, it was great to have the option of stairs or the elevator. We would definitely return!!!

Oregon Coast Dream Vacation
My elderly mother has loved the Oregon coast her entire life. Unfortunately, she's no longer able to visit on her own so my wife and I decided to surprise her with four night stay in Lincoln City. After researching a number of properties, we found Seaside Serenity and we could not have been happier! The unit was exactly as advertised and the pictures provided were an honest reflection of what we found. Bill Walson was our host and he quickly responded whenever we had any questions. We had a fantastic stay and I can honestly say that it has been the absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Bill is truly a superior host and we look forward to staying at Seaside Serenity again in the future.

Wonderful Respite by the Sea!
The condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean, easy entry, very good parking and well organized. The kitchen equipment was above standard which we really appreciated being foodies. We prepared some lovely seafood dinners and there was more than enough dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and the gas stove was a nice touch. The views are spectacular and just a short two block walk to the beach access. Our thanks to Bill for providing a very well maintained, comfortable condo. Robert, Wende & Ben

Amazing Ocean View!
This is a lovely condo with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking too! The view is extra nice because of being an end unit, there are ocean views on two sides. Everything is well-maintained and the whole facility is peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had a fabulous stay and will return!

Needs an update
Very uncomfortable beds. Inundated with fly's. We never had the doors opened. Hot tub smelled so we never used it. Floors were dirty. Furniture was outdated and well worn. Carpets were dirty. The dishwasher would not work. All the linen had this obnoxious perfume smell to them. For the price we paid we will not be back.

A negative review of a unit that consistently receives 5 Star Reviews is suspect when the guest never called management during their stay to resolve these concerns. When this guest departed these issues were not evident to maintenance, cleaning staff or the guests that followed. How does a dishwasher work for guests before and after this stay but not for this person? How can a Sleep Number bed that is adjustable by the guest be uncomfortable? The complaints lack merit and create questions as to the underlying motive of this guest.

Condo on the ocean
Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say about the condo. Wonderful view, great hot tub and spacious. I don’t think I’ve seen a VRBO with a better stocked kitchen! The beds were comfortable, and our adult daughter even commented that the sofa bed was very comfortable (no springs!) Looking forward to a return visit!

VRBO listing was incorrect!! Said 3 bedrooms, but there were only 2! Called to speak to the host and he was short with me and claimed no else ever complained. The condo was great, but it was tough accommodating with my 92 year old mother with only 2 bedrooms. I feel we should get a refund

Lovely location, off of 101, easy access to beach. Lovely 2 bedroom condo, nice that it had two full baths. The hot tub was perfect after the challenging God's Thumb hike.

A touch of heaven
This property is advertised accurately. The location and views were stunning. The kitchen is well equipped, living area comfortable and cozy. Fireplace worked like a champ. Bedrooms and bath were clean and comfortable. And we did indeed fall asleep with sound of the ocean lulling us to a restful state. Really enjoyed the time we spent there.

Wonderful Beachfront Property
This condo is a beautiful OCEAN front property myself and my friends enthusiastically enjoyed. Actually my friend is going to reserve with some of her family. The view is to die for!!! Open the balcony window or a bedroom window and listen away. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Furniture comfortable and love the gas fireplace. The hot tub on the balcony as the cherry on top. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking and staying in. Lincoln City has lots of good restaurants also. I have stayed here before this trip and will stay again. I would fully recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

Condo was very clean and stocked very well but the view was fantastic! Nothing like a comfortable bed to sleep in, kitchen well stocked, all the creature comforts of home, and very nicely decorated! The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view of the ocean was fabulous! The swimming pool was warm! Couldnt have asked for more!!

Very Nice Condominium

Whenever you leave a glowing review you cringe a little because you realize that telling everyone how great a place is only increases its desirability. This host deserves it though. Anniversary Get-A-Way
Comfortable, clean, and cozy unit with an unbeatable view. Fully stocked kitchen with air-fryer, electric hand mixer, and crockpot! The cupboards are so stocked with equipment that we had to use the desk for non-refrigerated items. Plastic wrap, baggies, foil tupperware, no need to bring from home like we did. We also brought our own spices but the unit has a stocked spice drawer, as well. While neither bedroom is oceanfront the unit is situated so the sound funnels perfectly into each room so you easily fall asleep to the crashing of the waves. It was great having our own hot tub. It was clean and nice for relaxing while enjoying the waves crashing below. This is on the 3rd floor of a 4-floor building. While we couldn't hear the neighbors alongside of us, we could definitely hear the heavy footsteps and furniture moving upstairs the entire length of our stay. Despite the heavy-footed neighbors above (which is not this unit's fault) we will be return renters!

Cozy Time at the Beach
It rained about five inches during the three days that we stayed at the beach, but the condo was cozy and warm and a pleasant place to stay inside to watch the sideways rain and the waves rolling in. We made good use of the pool, hot tub, and pool table; turned the fire on while we watched a DVD from the cabinet; and sipped our coffee by the windows each morning. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was stocked and ready, so we could have if we were ambitious. Everything was clean and comfy. We hope to return during better weather, but the rain didn't put a damper on this visit!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Pacific Winds Condos. It is great for us because our family has food allergies so the full kitchen is wonderful to cook in. It's like a home away from home with the Pacific Ocean right in front of you. It's private, quiet, clean, and a very nice place to stay. The private hot tub is a plus. We enjoyed the under ground parking, swimming pool, pool table, and the back porch to just sit and watch the waves. Also, just a couple of blocks from shops, restaurants, and stores. Loved sleeping with the windows open at night listening to the ocean waves.

Great times for all!
This property was more than we expected! It was supplied with everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable, and made my two sisters and I very happy. The hot tub on the deck was a nice treat! Overall, we had a great time, I would recommend this place for sure!
