A cute, clean place to stay & walking distance
The room was neat and tidy. Very cheery. It was definitely small in the bedroom and bathroom but overall very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pucllana Hotel
Great location, but there is nothing to see around, except the Pacific Ocean. If you would like to see some historical stuff, you have to take a 20 minutes taxi ride cause the hotel is located on the other side of the town. Spacious room, fast internet, good breakfast, good customer service, and quiet neighborhood. The towels were old and stained. If you are looking for a good night sleep, I would recommend to stay there.

hello ; thanks for your comments well, about the location, Miraflores is the touristic distric of the city , here you have all the restaurants, cafes , bar and discos we have the Huaca Pucllana ( preinca ruins ) 2 blocks from the hotel is true that you need to take a taxi or a metropolitano to arrive to the downtown ( colonial part of the city, goverment palace, catedral etc..) but this is not the distric to stay and to sleep is a Little insecure in the nights I am happy to receive you here we take the recommendations very seriusly cecilia

Good value for money in Lima
Very nice place with beautiful and clean bedrooms. If you can, choose those on the first floor. Nice people, very helpful.

we had an excellent time, my friend and I couldn't find a better place for this price to stay in, the staff was very helpful, everything was clean. Excellent place!

False advertising on hotels.com! Terrible old dingy mattress, peeling paint, stopped up shower, no view (but we paid for one!). Night desk clerk was a sweet woman that helped but day crew was rude and sarcastic. Didn't even attempt to make the situation right with us when we complained to day manager, Sophia.

A week-long stay in Lima
Great value hotel for your money. We stayed for a whole week and we will be back for sure. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was simple but decent. Place is located 6 blocks away from Kennedy Park so it had easy access everywhere. It would be better if room had a fridge and a safe but we managed without it. They allowed us to leave food in their main fridge. Staff was very helpful.

Safe Neighborhood, Clean but "No Frills" Room
We only stayed here for two nights, and it was perfect for us. It's a "no frills" hotel, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. By "no frills", I mean that the only amenity in the room was soap - there wasn't even shampoo. Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which was really all we needed for this stay. Note, the bathroom was private, but only in the sense that it's in the room. There's a 3/4 wall separating it from the bedroom, and no door to close off. It wasn't a problem for my husband and I, but if you're a person that needs a ton a privacy when using the bathroom, this might not be the best choice. The neighborhood (Miraflores) is safe, and we were able to easily walk to Kennedy Park and many nice restaurants.

The hotel itself has been updated just slightly however our room was uncomfortable in the heat especially at night. Even though they had 2 fans in the room it felt like a sauna in there.. was cooler in the living area downstairs. Besides that the breakfast offered was pretty good staff very friendly even with limited English. The reception had an English speaking guy there and he was very helpful including recommend places to eat at in Miraflores.. hotel wasn't too bad could do with some updates however overall it was great for our 4day stay and we enjoyed it.

Veru nice location, quiet, nearby restaurants
I loved the B&B and the house is old but very well maintained. The people working at the hotel were very accomodating and cordial. Very nice people. Two things: my room was very hot even thought it had a ciling fan. I would recommend leaving the door open to fill it up with fresh air coming from the breakfast area. offer fresh fruit during breakfast.

Great affordable place to stay in Miraflores/Lima
The first night me and my friends stayed in a very nice condo style apartment in an annex building to the lodge. I've also stayed 2 additional nights in a private room. The private room was nice and spacious. The only downside was that it didn't have any windows. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming (only some of the staff spoke English). The breakfast was good and plentiful. So overall a very great affordable place to stay in Miraflores (Lima) in walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants.

Value for money if you want to share a barthroom
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Though be warned sharing a bathroom was not pleasant. Also, even though a taxi from the airport was booked and confirmed, no taxi came. I had to arrange for my own transfer from the airport, late a night. Not a pleasant experience.

Great Little Boutique Hotel
Great Little Boutique Hotel in a very safe and and central part of Miraflores, staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of there way to track down packing tape for us as we were shipping home a box of souvenirs.

Very clean, close to center of Miraflores, which makes it very well located. The rooms are nicely decorated. Good for a one night stay before or after a trip in Peru. The screen of the TV in our room (that looked new) was either broken or old, we could not watch anything without having lines that blocked the image.

The hotel is very cute and quiet and in a nice part of town. It is a little small but uses the space really well and it is very welcoming. The common space was great to use. There are lots of restaurants close by and it is a short walk to Parque Kennedy.

The room got too hot for comfort. They need an electric fan - although they probably have one and I could've asked for it! So it was probably my fault. Room was spacious and toilet/shower was average. Bed was a bit hard though. We had the room by the entrance so it was also quite noisy everytime someone entered. Breakfast included bread rolls, marmalade, yogurt, cereals (with no milk! Haha) and a serving of eggs. they also had a toaster which was rare! Haha. Overall, place was average, photos on the site makes it look bigger, area (Miraflores) was safe and upscale, near the Miraflores coastline and close to everything via über!

Very nice and clean place
walkable to many good restaurant. The only problem is that we are in Lima during summer and it's pretty hot. This place doesn't have air conditioning. Staffs are super nice. But they barely speak English but they are willing to help with everything.

Lovely stay
Really cute room! It was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and felt very homey. The hot water worked well and everything was clean. The breakfast could have been a little more complete, it was just cereal and bread. Fruit would have been nice. The staff were helpful with directions and taxi service. Great location, close to restaurants but far enough away that it was quiet and calm. I would definitely go back.

Good budget b&b
Good location close to restaurants, decent size room, shared bathroom but never saw anyone else using it, kitchen facility useful. Breakfast was fine and the ladies who prepared it very helpful. Management also helpful as they printed out my boarding pass for me when I checked out. I would stay there again.

Very clean & comfortable room w/ a great location
It was more like a condo style and the room was BIG, clean and comfortable. the location is amazing and close to everywhere in Miraflores. the only CON i have is.. the internet connection. there was a router in the living room but still the connection was terrible and i hardly could use the internet.

nice budget hotel in quiet neighborhood
The hotel is located in a quiet street close to Miraflores central area. We arrived early in the day, much before check-in time, but were allowed to move in right away which was very convenient. We were leaving the next day very early, before breakfast service time, and were given a breakfast basket to take away.

Bueno el trato en recepción no fue tan amable primero nos dan una informacion y luego nos cambian todo realmente no tienen ventilacion las habitaciones tuve que pedir un ventilador mi habitacion decia vista al jardin y si ven es una ranura con quien se veia al jardin realmente mucha publicidad para el precio no coinciden
