Hi Laura, Thanks for sharing your experience! We have been checking our water pressure and it's been working ok, we payed more attention to it after your review, thanks for that. We do have an automatic air freshener since Lima is really humid and we have it to prevent in our bathroom walls/roof start appearing stainds and fungus due to humidity. We would like to tell you that, although we have policies in case of a No show, we do exceptions in some cases when a customer explain us the situation and request the exoneration. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the complete information about your case when you requested the change.If we had known it, be sure we would have made an exception. We totally understand that weather conditions are out of our hands. Let us tell you that we have made the refund of the total amount charged to your credit card, it should be processed in a few days.
