It was fine for 1 night. Very small double bed. Rooms could do with decorating. Helpful staff. Nice Breakfast. Didn’t like the smell of the plug is air wick in the room. It was a cost effective solution to be near to Brighton

Worth a stay
Bedroom was clean , tidy and comfortable bed. Ensuite in need of a makeover, shower pressure not strong. Hosts was friendly and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced . Price was good. Place quite isolated will need own transport, free amble parking.

Bedroom was clean and roomy, large enough to accommodate my large dog. Bed clean and comfortable. Bathroom was unclean and very disappointing. Pubic hair and poo on toilet, toothpaste in sink, stains around toilet and sink.
