The hotel was fine until I found a bed bug crawling in my pillow in the morning. I was mortified. We got out as fast as possible.
It was fine otherwise.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida and was so happy that we stopped again on the way home. We were not disappointed. Service and staff were warm, friendly, helpful and made our stay a delight!
I liked that it was quiet and everyone was willing to help. The way the roads in and out confused me at first so some heads-up about that would be nice.
Hotel is located right off the interstate and has many restaurants within easy driving distance. Room was clean from the bed to the bathroom. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. I wish breakfast started earlier had to leave before 6:30.

They gave me an accessible apartment and I didn’t ask for it. I had a late check in, my room was just ok, but hotel was really good and friendly staff.
I paid way too much for this room. There were stains on the carpet in our room & on the mattress! The next morning, I went to the breakfast area & got a bowl of cereal for my 5 yr old granddaughter. As i was leaving to take this back to the room, I spilled some milk. The person working the front desk rudely announced that i spilled milk! I said I'm so sorry. No response. He then grabbed a towel to wipe it up. I apologized again & thanked him for cleaning it up. Again... no response! Rude!!
One of the ladies cleaning rooms went out of her way to bring us a ball we left behind, she came all the way to the parking lot to find us! We will be back to stay here! Thank you Comfort Inn
Check in was super slow due to computer issues. Hotel clerk was sincerely apologetic and doing the best he could under the circumstances. We prepaid for a king room, but ended up with two small beds. Because of the computer issues, we just let it go. Hotel is within walking distance of Ruby Tuesdays, who offer a discount to hotel guests.
The check in time was off. Instead of 2 pm it was the 3 pm and your check out was still 11 am . Not a big fan of the price for the amount of time spent for the reservation!
Property was fine. I have stayed at many Comfort Inns. There were rowdy folks running up and down halls! Knocking on doors, running. Unmonitored. Not hotel’s fault but rude guests. Breakfast was below par. Coffee good.

Thanks for taking the time to complete our online review, I'm sorry you experienced bad behavior by some of the other guests. high-school ball teams can be a challenge to manage I hope you will visit us in the future
Great for my needs which was just a clean warm place to sleep while visiting family.
I checked in late Thanksgiving night with no problem and desk clerk was friendly.
Only criticism would be no bagels at breakfast. Maybe that's a southern thing. And no hot cereal.
I would stay here again.
