It was convenient and nice spacious room, nice minimal decoration. Was hoping for at least a kettle or a small fridge in the room when advertised as an apartment but otherwise bathroom was nice with a bath but the plug did not seal properly and the water was not hot so only the shower could be used.

Good apartment hotel near railway station
The room was reasonably clean although there were a few cobwebs that could have been cleaned away. The kitchen area was reasonably well equipped and everything worked. The room was a little noisier than I would have liked, but this was partly due to its proximity to the front door. The street on which the apartment building is located is quite nondescript. The main railway station is, however, only a short walk away and it contains shops, including a supermarket, that sell everything you will need. Overall I was happy with the apartment and would certainly stay there again.

One night in Hentschels apartments
Unfortunately, as I had been away from home travelling for a number of days and only had a basic mobile phone, I did not receive the information for gaining access to the property, and was only able to get in as someone in another flat let me in. When I reached the correct floor, I found another guest, and with his help got someone from upstairs who seemed to have some connection with Hentschels who gave me a contact number. I called this and was given the number of my room and told the code for obtaining my key. The room itself was large and in good decorative order. There was a small balcony which was shared with the occupant of the next room, which I felt was a disincentive to sit out. There was no view. The shared bathroom was large and in very good condition. The property was 5 minutes walk from the railway and bus station.

The Hentschels are top notch!
We visited Leipzig as a stopover during a road trip from Prague through Germany. Opting for the apartment a little outside of the city center to save a little bit is money proved to be the perfect choice for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the appliances, furniture and decor was top notch. The Hentschels were extremely accommodating when the apartment we rented was not available and upgraded us to the penthouse. Amazing city line views from the terrace and a very decadent bath made for the perfect stay!! We would definitely recommend the apartments!

Sauber. Das wars. Ansonsten: keine Leselampen am Bett. Rechts kein Nachttisch! Links ein lächerliches Gestell als Nachttischernsatz. Extrem abgewohntes Mobiliar. Die weißen Metallstühle mit der fleckenweise abgeschabten oder abgeschlagenen Farbe lassen vermuten, dass die Gäste den Vermietern sehr egal sind, obwohl (zur Buchmesse) unverhältnismäßige Preise verlangt werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum Leipzigs, circa 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich hatte die Penthouse-Suite u.a. mit eigener Küche und Dachterasse. Modern eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und super sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hierfür ist absolut unschlagbar!! Der Check-In funktionierte auch ohne Rezeption unkompliziert und reibungslos. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiter*innen im Vorfeld war super nett. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Leipzig werde ich wieder Gast. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein und reicht vollkommen aus. Das Bett war sehr bequem,das Bad modern und sauber. Die heiße Dusche habe ich sehr genossen. Einzig bei der Kaffemaschine ist zu bemängeln, das wir dafür extra Nespressokapseln kaufen müssten, was wir letztlich nicht getan haben, sondern uns löslichen Kaffe besorgt haben. Die Kaffeebecher sind für unsere Bedürfnisse viel zu klein und, was wichtiger ist, ohne Henkel, so konnten wir unseren Kaffee leider nicht heiß genießen, da wir die Becher nicht anfassen konnten.

Vielen Dank für volle 5 Punkte! Die Anregungen bezüglich des Kaffees geben wir gern weiter und werden diese genau unter die Lupe nehmen. Wir überlegen schon länger auf normale Filtermaschinen umzuschwenken, haben uns aufgrund der hygienischen Thematik bisher dagegen entschieden. Wir freuen uns wenn Sie uns wieder einmal besuchen. Gute Lage, einfache aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Lauter Kühlschrank, Zimmer lässt sich leider nicht richtig abdunkeln. Nahegelegenen Bahn stört nicht. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus bzw. in der Nähe. Achtung: es werden 5€ Reinigung nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt.

Es gibt pro Etage ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Es ist zwar sauber, aber man muss sich immer die Zeit raussuchen, wo niemand drin ist. Sehr nervig. Außerdem werden keine Handtücher bereitgestellt und man muss seine Handtücher auf der Heizung im eigenen Zimmer trocknen. :/

Schön und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht geheizt, empfand ich beiden kalten Temperaturen nicht gut. Das einchecken, dürfte deutlicher erwähnt werden, wo es sich befindet, bzw. Unterschied zur Unterkunftsadresse.

Lage mit guter Lage, aber mit Verbesserungsbedarf
Wir haben schon mehrfach in einem der Apartments übernachtet. Dieses Mal waren wir nicht so zufrieden wie sonst. Einige organisatorische Mängel und einige Mängel in unserem Apartment haben dazu geführt. Auch die Ausstattung unseres Apartments ließ an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Hbf und in der Innenstadt. Einen Parkplatz findet man mit etwas Glück gleich vor dem Haus. Ansonsten gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten gegen Bezahlung in der Nebenstraße und am Hbf. Die Abläufe für Check-In und Check-Out sind gut, die Erreichbarkeit der Reception ist eingeschränkt.

Mir hat nicht gefallen,dass wir mit unserem 5 Monate alten Sohn in einem Appartement im 5.Stock untergebracht waren ,der Fahrstuhl aber nur bis zur 4.Etage fährt. Also Geschleppe mit Maxicosi und Kinderwagen über 2 lange Treppenstränge und auch Eingangsbereich waren Treppen zu bewältigen.Unangenehm mit Kinderutensilien. Ausserdem war bei Ankunfz die Heizung kalt,das Appartement entsprechend kalt (Oktober),und die Rezeption konnte kekne Abholfe schaffen,da wir über das Wochenende da waren und der Hausmeister nur unter der Woche zur Verfägkng steht.Auch ein Heizgebläse konnte uns nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden,so dass wir 2 Zage und Nächte ekn unbeheiztes Appartement bewohnten mit Baby.Unmöglich!

Зимний Лейпциг
Отель располагается в центре, до вокзала 5 минут пешком, номер довольно просторный, чисто,тепло. Мебель в нормальном состоянии. Общий санузел оборудован хорошей сантехникой, теплые полы, все функционирует, чисто. Я на этаже проживала одна, так что никаких ожиданий в санузел не было. Нет круглосуточной ресепшен, но если соблюдать все инструкции отеля, все решается. Отелем довольна и если буду в Лейпциге еще раз воспользуюсь его услугами.

Ездили с супругой. Средняя оценка завышена. Уборки за 5 дней не было:( В апартаментах нет, бытовых вещей. Check in в 1 километре от апартаментов. Слабый wi-fi и отключали на 2 дня:( Место положения напротив автобазы и завода, прямо за ж/вокзалом, за путями. Пешком до центра далеко. Магазинов рядом нет. Поэтому приходили только спать ночью...

Dear guest, we are an apartment house not a hotel. A general cleaning is for guests who stays longer then 7 days. If you want to have a general cleaning, we need this information. As we told you, we had a big problem with the regional internet provider. We couldn't solve this problem by our own, because internet broke down in this city area. We think it's a pity that you can not understand that. Best regards

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und ist perfekt für eine Übernachtung oder vielleicht zwei. Allerdings war das Bett als wie ankamen kaputt und man konnte das Lattenrost sehen, das mit Tessaband zusammengeklebt wurde. Das fanden wir sehr komisch und auch doch etwas gesundheitsschädlich, da man sich ja schließlich auf ein kaputtes, mit Tessaband zusammen geklebtes Lattenrost legt. Die Kommunikation war in Ordnung auch ein neues Zimmer wurde schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Trotz allem empfehlenswert.
