This my 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st was in Dec 2023 fie a work trip & i absolutely loved the hotel. So i planned this summer trip to bring the hubby & he felt the same way. His favorite was the buffet breakfast! We will stay here for any future trips to San Fran. Maybe we bring the fam next time!

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Service was so so. It felt like they were pushing the use of an app to save on staffing costs, but the app sucked so it was the worst case scenario as a customer….poor technology and too few staff.
