A little gem, amazing hotel
Gorgeous accommodation. The rooms are great and have plenty of space. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

This property had everything you wanted and the staff went over and beyond to help you especially Mandy at reception and the golf pro were exceptionally good

Cosy but needs a steam room
Wasnt to impressed with spa facilities as there wasn't a steam room. Also no onsite dinner which isnt very ideal. Room cosy and clean. I booked on hotel.com but its a bed & breakfast very odd!

It was a very pleasant stay very quiet. The reception staff were missing at times. There was no phone in the room, so no room service. The room was spacious but it needed a couple of tumblers for water. Or bottled water.

Nice spacious clean room. Comfortable cafe/bar. Excellent coffee . Swimming pool and hot tub excellent although concerns about flooring around the pool which were not non slip!

Brilliant value,top service & excellent facilities
Very impressed with the service received - the staff were super helpful with arranging early and late check in. The value was brilliant for a comfortable, clean room with a wide range of breakfast options included as well as access to spa facilities. Would definitely stay again!

Nice base for visiting Worcester and Hereford
Lovely place. A little remote and no evening meal on site. Enjoyed the pool and had a nice breakfast. I am not a golfer, so cannot say what the course is like

Was asked to leave one day early due to being accused of smoking in the room. We were out all day and when we arrived back the staff were waiting saying there was still smoke in the room when they entered. We never smoked in there and like I mentioned,we were out all day. Pompous staff and still not got to the bottom of it

This is not a hotel. The spa amenities are good and the room was nice, although had not been checked. However there was no bar after six oclock and no restaurant etc. We had to take a very expensive taxi into the local town. This was not made apparent on the expedia website, and for the money paid for the room (as the place was just a b and b), the cost was extortionate.

A 5* Place to stay.
The Alexander Park Resort was amazing! One of our best stays yet. The spa and pool areas were fab with everything you need available (shampoo's, conditioner, deodorant etc.) It has been decorated very tastefully throughout. There is plans for the old farm house to be renovated after all the outbuildings are completed. It will be even more amazing then. It is in a quiet area and a drive away to places to eat or go but for us the quiet was great. My husband said he was really impressed with the golf facilities too but we were only staying overnight so didn't use them. The morning breakfast was lovely too and all the staff we came across were very helpful.

Comfy and warm, very clean, only complaint that breakfast was not vegan as requested as egg was served with it, and sausages contained egg. But other than that a perfect stay.

Lovely place & take your clubs if you can
Place looks really new. Is on the grounds of a golf course, so I took advantage of the driving range. Room was comfortable and clean, plus a free bottle of water. Shower was great. There is also a Gym and a hot tub & spar in the main building. Lots of parking spaces and seems pretty safe as your out in the wilds and the area is well lit. No evening meals available, but there is a pub / restaurant 1 mile away called 'The trumpet inn' which was very good. Would definitely recommend and I will stay there in the future when I am in the area.

Cosy, comfortable room overlooking the golf course with all of the little extras you need in terms of toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities; shower extremely good with very accurate temperature control. Friendly helpful staff.
