To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at Tru Hotel.
Upon entering my room, I found the cleanliness conditions unacceptable. The bed had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the sheets and bedding had not been properly changed before my arrival. This situation caused significant discomfort and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and quality standards.
As a frequent traveler to Indiana, I regularly stay in hotels and expect at least a basic level of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards and has significantly affected my perception of the Tru brand.
Due to this experience, I do not plan to stay at a Tru Hotel again. I hope the necessary corrective actions will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues.
I would appreciate a response and an explanation of the measures that will be implemented to address this matter."
