My reservation was not on file and that took awhile to figure out. Then i get to the room and both TV were not working. The next day engineering came up and fix one, the other still did not work. Lastly, no free wifi and when i called, the tech person said it was down, so I have to pay for wifi

This unit had the most beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip! I love how spacious it felt and the staff were all so amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the most incredible stay in Vegas; the property has breathtaking views of Vegas & is stocked with everything you need for a magical stay; highly recommend no doubt!

Nice privately owned space the owner was very responsive to any issues we had. 24 access was safe and the area was quiet which is in stark contrast to the rest of the main strip area. I would recommend it for pricing and also for space.

Palms Place
The property and room were great. All the amenities and comfort. Staff was very friendly. It's a bit of a walk to get from the parking garage to your room. I also didn't realize until later that the third floor of the parking garage was direct access to the walkway for Palms Place. Now that I know, I'll save a lot more time during my next visit.

I’m disappointed because I pay for resort fee and I can not enjoy the swimming pool with my kids because it’s closed . The room floor need more cleaner we can”t walk with out shoes . Anything else is perfect

My room was not clean when I arrived. Meaning there were crumbs on the floor and table, Pubic hair on the bed and grime in the whirlpool tub. The staff was unable to give me a different room. I had to wait for it to be cleaned then I ended up cleaning the tub myself because it was still not clean. Very disappointed.

Great room, but balcony was a tease.
We had a really lovely room at the Palms Place. I prefer to stay there instead of the actual casino. The room was great, large, and nicely appointed. We were unable to get the balcony door open and had no response from hotels.com or the owner when we tried to reach out, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, it was a great room and I'd stay there again (hopefully with access to the huge balcony).

I really enjoyed staying in a condo compared to hotels. We got to have our little fridge to put our drinks in and use glassware instead of plastic or paper cups. It has a beautiful view of the strip. We were just really bummed out we couldn't use the balcony to go outside and get some fresh air or just sit and look at the view. We really enjoyed having a soaking tub right next to our shower. Overall Daniel was very informative regards to the property and regards to the condo's condition. He also informed us of check out time.

Upon arrival there were a few things we noticed. There was a strong smell as well as many lights in the unit that did not work. I contacted the owner and he suggested having house keeping come by to resolve it. However they were unable to assist as this was a private unit. Not long after that we discovered the bedding was stained and had drops of blood. When I contacted the owner about this issue I was totally ignored. I then asked the hotel staff for bedding and was told there was nothing they could offer me and I should speak with the owner who was unresponsive. The Palms Place was nice, the unit was well priced and had a great view however the owner totally dropped the ball when it came to maintenance. I would never do this again and would NOT recommend this condo.

Its the jetted tub for me

The view was awesome. The room was clean and compact. Two TVs, a bed a couch ate up most of the room. And the tucked away in a very organized manner are a stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. I was on the 34th floor and the view was amazing. Housekeeping forgot to run the dishwasher as there were a couple of dirty utensils in the dishwasher.
