Great facility in the center of Vegas.

Excellent service - everything's taken care of - of course for a cost. Many restaurants on site. The buffet is one of the best. Cirque du Soleil show on site is great, and convenient.

Hotel agradable pero no respetan promoción

Posted 24-Dec-2014

Jederzeit wieder

Disappointing "5 star" hotel

Posted 24-Dec-2014
Pros: Great views from our room, quality drinks on the casino floor, convenient location
Cons: Check-in wait times, restaurant wait times, overpriced everything (even for Vegas), room cleanliness, and stop advertising discounts that don't exist
I sincerely hate writing bad reviews, but my experience at the Aria this past weekend was disappointing enough to warrant one. My husband and I usually stay at another hotel when we're in Vegas, but we decided to mix it up a little this time. And boy, do we regret it. It took 40 minutes to check in. The line wasn't long, they just didn't have enough people at the check-in desk. There were 5 additional employees milling around behind the desk, chatting to each other and staring at the guests waiting in line. At no point did any of them make a move to help us. Up in our tiny room, we had a spectacular view through our floor-to-ceiling window, but that hardly made up for the dirty duvet and gross carpet. After dropping our bags on the two small chairs, we headed downstairs to get some food. The cafe was nearly empty with regards to diners, but seemed to have plenty of staff. Somehow, it still took 30 minutes for us to get our chicken strips and fries. Next stop: penny slots and surprisingly delicious drinks. A+ to the cocktail waitresses and bartenders in the casino area. We went back upstairs to turn in, only to discover that our room was home to the most uncomfortable bed in Vegas. It was lumpy, lopsided, and amplified every little movement one of us made. My poor husband slept on the floor with a towel underneath him. By the next night, we were so sick of everything that we actually left at midnight to drive 4 hours home.

The hotel itself was very nice and very clean however it was terribly smoky and the buffet was terrible. Maybe it was an off night but it was a Friday however ..other hotels are being built right on top of the hotel so the views aren't great and we even paid for a city view.

Hotel on Las Vegas Strip

Posted 23-Dec-2014
Pros: Location and friendliness of staff
Cons: Nothing
Everything in hotel was extremely nice. The only problem we had was not with the hotel, but we were given wrong flight times and missed our flight..Thank you so much.

Nice hotel; very modern facilities

Posted 23-Dec-2014
Aria is located on the strip and is an excellent location for those who want to really enjoy Vegas because of its proximity to major attractions and shows. Has very modern facilities with a good amount of technology infused especially in the room. Staff was very helpful. They helped with printing of tickets for shows versus having to go pick up your ticket at the show venue hours before show time. In all, it was a great place to stay and I would surely stay there again when next I'm in Vegas.

Luxury in your reach, high quality resort

Posted 23-Dec-2014
We had a 4 day stay, room was great, service was 5 *, bars and lounges were good , except for Alibi where we were driven out by the host in the name of reserved seats , restaurants were great except the buffet $30 for $10 food, and the lemongrass restaurant was crap. Zarkana was exceptional and we got two tickets with the hotel reservation.

Clean, comfortable and high class!

I loved everything about Aria. The bars, restaurants and casino were fantastic. When I went to the other casinos I only wanted to come back to Aria. I will likely stay there again during my next trip.
