“good value for less money”

I work in Nicosia and it was on Friday when I decided to go to Larnaca on Saturday. Mid August is a peak season for beach holidays in Cyprus and it was very late to find anything accross the beach or more upscale for around $100 per night. I decided to try Onisillos as it was the only hotel available for central Larnaca in the range of ** and ***. The hotel is definetely intended for the budget travellors as it is ** and I learnt later that it had one of the lowest prices for the peak season in Larnaca. The hotel is a family run business and I personally felt a very comfortable and family atmosphere while I stayed there for two night. The quality of services and attention to my needs was great. All basic conviniences were available and for free: air conditioner, fridge, TV set, shower. The bed was big and the bed linen was clean. All furniture was available, but its conditions corresponded to the hotel pricing. You have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the beach through the partially renovated historic part of the old town. The area around looks good with a lot of trees and green.
