“Not Impressed but is OK”
The room is very comfortable to stay but it is good for people who do not need refrigerator, microwave, and internet. The condition of the hallway and elevator are not so impressive. When I reserved the room for three days I emphasized that I needed a refrigerator. It was confirmed to me at that time of the reservation. But when I got there in the early morning of 1:30am with my food, there was no refrigerator in the room. Then they brought me a tiny refrigerator that you could see in the world that could barely accommodate the food I brought with me. Very next day, I found I could not get on the internet and I was given a toll free number to call the solve the problem myself. When I trying to use the power from the wall socket, it was so loss that my power plug just fall off the socket and I had to move the tables around in order to find a good one that I can use. Poorly managed place.
“Great Time!”
The restaurant was excellent. The bar(s) were very comfortable. The room was clean. The only negative was that the room felt "damp".
“Comfortable and clean room!”
The hotel was surprisingly updated and clean. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant had some good food choices with other options within walking distance. On the weekends it can be noisy near the bar area but I was at the other end and never heard a thing.
“Nicel priced - great dining and moderate room”
The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and the rates are reasonable. The dining and bar area are the best part of this hotel. The rooms are nothing special but are not dirty or in disrepair. Will likely stay again
“Our home away from home in Lancaster, PA”
Great place. Great staff.
“Nice hotel, convenient location.”
I was surprised at the number of cars in the parking lot for the size of the hotel. Then I realized that there was a large bar/restaurant attached and seemed to be a popular place to go out at night for the local crowd. Many people in our group joined the fun. It was nice because you didn't have to worry about driving afterwards. Close by was a small shopping plaza with a nice grocery store and good pizza parlor. You could walk if you wanted. There was a dinner theatre next door, we didn't go.. so I can't comment. The room was fine, two comfortable full beds, not queen. Bathroom was small and bring your own conditioner. Breakfast was hotel generic buffet make your own waffle etc. same as a Hampton Inn, but not free unless you are with a group. Coffee not great. I would definitely stay again.
“It is not bad”
It is neither good or bad.
“Just need to stop changing name”
Outside of the fact that the hotel name has changed several times in the past ten years, the location is great. Very convenient to route 30, located right next to Dutch Apple Dinner Theater so you could even enjoy a dinner and show within walking distance while staying here. Will say that the rennovations that have been made over the past year to two are a great enhancement to an hotel that had a lot going for it to begin with.
“Good experience overall”
Comfortable, good-sized room for a week-long stay. I was impressed with the attention to cleaning. Staff washed the hallway walls one day! Had to go out and buy a power bar to supplement the available electric outlets. We'd stay there again.
“Nice Hotel”
I thought this hotel was quite nice. I like a place WITHOUT bedspreads....they give me the creeps thinking of what could be on them and this place had the nice updated duvets and just the little runner like they have at the Marriott. Everything was clean and in working order. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast as the breakfast at the adjoining restaraunt was a little pricey.
