Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere.

Extremely noisy with kids running up and down the corridor and dogs barking at 1am. Carpets in the room were dirty. Will not be staying here again

Never stayed in football stadium before, but would happily do it again. The room was lovely, plenty of space, good view, nice size bathroom, view of the stadium/tower. All staff that we encountered were professional and willing to help at all times. The bar/restaurant is placed in a very convenient place. There is an arcade club next door. You are a small walk from the sea front. In short, had a great time and looking forward to going back soon.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Charlotte in reception was very efficient, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our room and had a great stay. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were super too. The rooms were spacious and clean but the paintwork needs to be redone- there were a lots of scuffs and chips. I would definitely recommend

Deteriorated now it has Radisson name. Unloved Hot
This hotel has gone rapidly downhill since gaining the Radisson name. The nice decor in the entrance and reception has gone and cheap uncoordinated odd furniture added giving a really poor first impression. Lift was filthy and some rubbish stayed there throughout our stay. Receptionists are pleasant but untrained. The communal areas especially the stairs were filthy with dirty carpets and spillages. It’s the old carpets everywhere in fact nothing has been changed but it’s all been neglected since Radisson branding. Our room was just about clean enough. Odd mugs, chipped and battered walls with botched paint touch ups it’s an unloved hotel now. The parking used to be free so on top of the higher prices there is now a parking cost for a declined and now grubby hotel. We had only returned to try what we expected would be a refurbished much improved radisson experience which justified the £120 RO mid week stay. We won’t ever return. Lots new hotel chains nearer centre will be our choice now.

Excellent.
The hotel staff are all fantastic. The food was lovely. The pitch view room was excellent. The bed could be a little comfier, but the view is excellent. Wed stayed for 4 nights half board over Christmas, and looking forward to returning and seeing everyone again.

First time here and being a football fan, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff were great, food at restaurant on site is amazing and view of pitch from room very good. About a 10 to 15 min walk to Blackpool town centre, which is easy to do. All in all loved it and thanks for a great time.

Not the best!
Hotel was ok but rooms on roadside do get traffic noise due to old not well insulated windows which was an issue for me as a light sleeper. Our room looked good at first glance but there were decorative issues, paint scrapes on wall by bedside cabinet & window sill flaking paint. Insufficient towels provided at check-in plus no TV remote in room - rectified by reception but indicative of general attitude. Reception staff were very helpful & friendly but restaurant team less so and made us feel like an inconvenience - eg first day breakfast advertised to 10.30 am but everything cleared by 10.15 with no courtesy warning. Scrambled egg full of liquid looked horrendous but rest of breakfast was ok. No room tidy unless requested so no toiletry or tea coffee top-up - Replacement items could be requested from reception but feels like hotel is run for convenience of staff not guests. We left a night early as just didn't work for us. Also Blackpool was closed for season so nothing to do without travelling.

Quiet non match day over-night stay
All 4 members of staff were helpful, polite and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place was quiet overall (it was a non match day) and I had use of the small gym. We were satisfied with the self service breakfast.

The staff make this place what it is.
Can't rate it highly enough. All the staff are a credit to this hotel. Friendly, helpful, professional. The breakfast chef, Phil, went out of his way to accomodate us, and his colleagues first thing in a morning, were very friendly and a pleasure. Had a couple of chats with the cleaning lady in a morning a she was a treat. Evening chef (didnt get his name), was spot on. Cracking food all four nights of our stay, and we tried 80% of the menu. Well done. Will look forward to staying again.

Advertise on this site that it has a spa and gym, but when you get there you get told that there is a nearby spa, but not associated with the hotel so you have to pay This is a bit like advertising a spa then saying the local leisure centre can be used!!

Illuminating stay
Hotel was lovely, the staff were fabulous! Especially the girl working the bar, I didn’t catch her name but she pulled out all the stops! Good location and very quirky! The bathroom in room 214 wasn’t great! It smelled quite bad and the shower was mouldy; no toiletries either. Please sort that out as it’s such a shame!

Hotel was very nice and staff were excellent and bar and food were great only issue we had was beds were not the most comfortable especially the sofa bed and pillows were poor very flat All in all though we were happy with hotel and service and would recommend to stay here as it's a unique experience looking out on to the football pitch it was also a 5 min walk from sea front and 15 mins from tower but set back enough from sea front to be quite on a night

The room was pretty poor. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and the guests next door were very inconsiderate. Hotel seemed a little more budget than we were expecting

Hotel staff very friendly from start to finish including the reception staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. Very helpful with my daughters food allergies. Would definitely recommend as a unique experience to stay at a football hotel.

Misleading advert
Misleading information about car parking. In their advert, you can see availability of car park, when you arrive their, they tell you it is not free, I paid extra fees to park my car. Other issue, their free wifi provided by a third party who asks for your details to get access to their services, other hotels gave you password to get access to their free WIFI.

for over £70 i expected a little bit more from this property like free car parking would be nice because its a football ground there is residents only car parking every where. and the hotel has no life whatsoever its dull and boring inside and out.

This is priced as a high cost option. The room was adequate, but very noising with slaming doors all night. The shower was simply not appropriate - the tap for the bath would not stop running so the shower had low pressure and the screen had gaps so the whole floor was soaked. In a budget product, fine, but at this price, not acceptable.
