Located on the 1st floor and consists of: entrance-kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom, terrace. 3sqm cellar in the basement. Paid pool, free parking not guarded. 1 km from the Bastion of Malta, 3 from the archaeological park of Abbazia Benedettina and Terina, 8 from the spa, 9 from the historic center of Sambiase and 12 from that of Nicastro.
