“Nice, but service could have been better.”

I was travelling with my mother, who has a hard time walking long distances (walks with a cane) and the only elevator was half way down a long hallway. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway, so she had to walk back and forth both long hallways when coming in and out. The rooms were nice and clean; the food at the restaurant was very nice, but the restaurant service was extremely slow. There seemed to be a lot of personnel working the evening we stayed there, just not organized.

Area recommendations

Broadway and Main Street, Lake Geneva. Lots of cute shops around town.

“Nice Place”

This is a nice hotel near the town of Lake Geneva. The grounds were very nice and the room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The only complaint was the slow dinner service.

The town of Lake Geneva as well as the lake itself offers many dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities.
