We liked the location of the hotel next to the lake and not so busy. Daily room service. God a bit mislead when I booked as I thought breakfast is included, but it was room only. Breakfast is EUR 12 per person per day. There is a cheaper option on the beach cafe for EUR 5 to 9.

Good overnighter.....
This is a great location, with stunning views across the lake. The meals offered good value and the quality was good. Free parking on site was good also. Everything was clean and in good condition. On the downside, a few minor quibbles... They charge €5 for access to Wi-Fi, they seem to switch off centrally the ability to turn on the air con, except for a few hours in the evenings. The pool also closes at 6pm... A bit early for a swim on a hot evening. All in all, a good stopover as part of a tour around the lake.

Hotel well appointed rooms good size well equipped. Garage parking underground. Be aware of the need to book dinner before stay otherwise the hotel may not have a space.

Great facility, but didn’t feel very welcome.
Beautiful views of Lake Garda. Bartender was not happy when we asked for ice for our room. Four star restaurant close by.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the room was comfortable and clean with lake view (extra). Rooms are advertised as having air conditioning but management will not switch it on till mid June despite 25’ evening temperatures. Long trousers are compulsory in the dining room - there is no warning of this. It seems that scruffy jeans are ok but smart tailored shorts not. Fortunately there is an excellent restaurant 100 meters along the road which received our business. The overall impression was that guests were of secondary importance to strict adherence to rules and routines.

Dear Guest, sorry for your impression. We have rules - but not routines. Rules have to be respected. Yes, we kindly ask our clients to dress decently in the restaurant (no shorts and no swimming costumes). At breakfast you may wear shorts and t-shirts (no shirts without sleeves). For the evening meal we request trousers and shirts. The air conditioning is work. The outside temperature sensor is located under the front door of the hotel and doesn’t work with a temperature for less than 27° kind Regards

Nice hotel across street from Lake Garda
Hotel check in and check out very efficient. Rooms were large and ours was facing Lake Garda with beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of selection. Swimming pool large and well maintained. Grocery store virtually next door which was convenient. Once you got to Garda which could get tricky it was easy to just drive up the coast and find the hotel.

Great location, local shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lovely view of the lake from the room and balcony. Breakfast was standard continental fare, but enough variety for our few days there. Underground parking was a little tight at times, but we always managed to get a space.

Lovely views
All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean. Plenty of sunbeds available near the pool. The road is at the front of the hotel so there is traffic noise but gives easy access to other towns and villages. There is a very useful underground garage for those who drive to Lake Garda. Great views of the lake in the rooms at the front of the hotel. Buffet meals are delicious and food is plentiful. Good value for money.

Room with a View
I loved the view from the balcony that we spent extra money to have. Even though we arrived 3 hours later than planned, so it was dark and late, and we were only able to sit on our balcony for about a half hour in the morning before we left, it was worth the money for the view. What a great mountain! Be sure you drive in from the north end of the lake if you want spectacular driving scenery! The buffet breakfast was more than ample. The wait people at breakfast were attentive and cleaned away dirty dishes rapidly. The parking garage was very full and tight! So don't drive a big car if you want to park under the hotel!

Ok, but won't stay there again
Among the cheaper Hotels in the area which reflects in the breakfast, the condition of the hotel etc - ok for a couple of nights, not longer stays. The service from some of the staff (the management?) was poor - we got a "No" when we kindly asked if we could borrow a couple of wineglases for the room - Even though they picture wineglases on the balcony in their advertising. On the positive side the aircondition worked - fixed at a temperature of 26 celcius. PS: fridge didn't work.

Yes, of course we have a picture with 2 wineglases on the balcony.... because we have at the hotel 3 bars. At the supermarket, where you take your wine you can also take the wineglases!

Everything else ok than ac
Otherwise good hotel but cannot understand that they centrally shutdown ac between 8am-6pm. Impossible to be in the room during the day as the outside temperature was about 36c. Also when ac was turned on power of it was clearly limited . Would not come again because of that

Hotel op prachtige locatie.
Hotel op een zeer mooie plaats aan het Gardameer. Boek een kamer met uitzicht op het meer, geeft echt meerwaarde. Hotel heeft een eigen stukje strand met prive steiger, en ook bar direct aan het meer. Zwembad is lekker groot, beetje jammer dat het om 1800u dicht gaat. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar voldoende. Op loopafstand meerdere pizzeria's en ook een buurtsuper. Parkeren kan oa in de garage, wel snel vol maar dan zijn er nog twee parkeerplaatsen aan de overkant van de weg. De bar schenkt vele drankjes tot 2400u. Snelheid wifi helaas onvoldoende. Kamer zelf is netjes, prima bed. Badkamer tikje oudbollig.

Fint og pænt hotel.
Meget fint hotel. Rent og pænt. Poolen er stor, og der var umiddelbart solstole nok. Morgenmaden er meget fin - med et godt udvalg. Søen ligger lige på den anden side af vejen, hvor hotellet også har en lille café. Parking er i garage under hotellet.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel, kamers op het meer met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt is nu (i.v.m. covid) heel goed geregeld. Parkeren onder locatie is prima, uitrijden wat lastiger. In de buurt restaurants met heerlijk eten. Fietsen langs het meer kunnen wij zeker ook aanbevelen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt auf Gardasee
Es war ein sehr schöner kurzer Aufenthalt auf Gardasee. Ein sauberes, kleines Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Pool war gut, die Kinder haben es genoßen. W-Lan-Signal im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Wir haben einige Ausflüge in der Umgebung gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir werden noch mal kommen.

Regler och snål
När vi checkade in fick vi en brochyr som som bl a innehöll regler och uppförandekoder t ex hur man skulle klä sig i restauranten och frukostmatsalen. (Jag råkade gå in med sandaler i restauranten med sandaler då blev blev personalen helt hysterisk.) Vi fick betala 5 euro för ett uruselt WiF, det kostade 1 euro att få poolhanduken utbytt. Hotellet försökte verka finare än det var. Garaget var bra.

god morgon, Vi ber om ursäkt för vår svenska. Jag hoppas jag kan förstå. Långa byxor krävs i matsalen till middag, inga problem för sandaler Det finns inget bevis på att ha hysterisk personal Badlakan är gratis och i varje rum finns två. Wi-Fi kostar € 5,00 för åtkomst. För resten jag minns mycket väl votro stanna och jag är ledsen att du inte har klagat direkt till hotellet Med vänliga hälsningar

Sehr schönes Hotel in Superlage
Man kann fast gar nicht glauben, dass es nur drei Sterne hat. Von der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit und vor allem von der Kompetenz des Personals her hätte es vier verdient. Aber dazu bräuchte es wahrscheinlich eine Poolbar. Die hat es leider nicht.

3 nights stay
Room with lake view was nice, good pool and everything was clean. Not much fresh weggies/fruits on breakfast but otherwise it was good. Parking in garage was crowded and complex. We did not dined in the hotel fancypancy indie restarant as there was couple of nice and relaxed restaurants with possibility to eat outside with walking distance.

Underbar sjövy
Vi bokade rum med balkong mot sjön, synd bara att det drog in världens oväder. Vi kunde inte utnyttja poolen eller bada i Garda. Frukosten var väldigt bra, de hade ett helt litet bord med glutenfritt bröd. Mysigt litet samhälle där man kunde gå nere vid strandpromenaden och även upp mot bergen.

Hervorragendes Hotel in schönster Lage
Tiefgarage im Preis enthalten. Mit dem Lift aus der Tiefgarage direkt auf Zimmeretage. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, welches deutsch spricht und einem gerne bei allem möglichen hilft. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber und es macht Spaß um die Ecke zu schwimmen. Alle schönen Orte sind vom Dragon aus schnell zu erreichen.

Okay til prisen
Meget tysk-præget hotel, med ret kedelig morgenmad og en pool der allerede lukker kl 18. Personalet er rigtig høflige, men ikke så opmærksomme ved opfyldning af buffeten eller ved henvisning af borde. Vi prøvede ikke aftenbuffeten, da vi ikke havde lange bukser med, som er et krav herved. Parkeringsforholdene er gode, vi kunne holde gratis i en p-kælder forbeholdt hotellet hele ugen, så bilen var dejlig kølig når vi skulle nogle steder.
