The staff at the hotel was very friendly and it was located at a place that was easy to navigate to, however, it was located right beside I-10 and it was SUPER noisy. Also, the parking lot very packed. The location is the only real negative to this hotel but the traffic so loud.

Although a bit noisy because of the proximity to I10 it’s not all bad. Especially if you’re there to just sleep, since I’m not a light sleeper it never bothered me. Room was clean beds had protective covers on them and was def worth the price and convenience. There is a restaurant on site which I didn’t try since I checked in late. Would def stay there again.

Didn’t feel the safest. First room smelt of urine, second room was a little better but after a long flight and driving just wanted to get to bed. Beds were comfy, breakfast and drinks were good on the go. Staff were very friendly.

Perfectly. placed for a one night stop over. Strong smell in the room and the coffee machine was broken. Coffee was free from reception 24hrs though so not a major problem. Free breakfast items were fine. Didn't eat at any of the on site resturaunts so can't comment on those. Lake Charles was lovely though

It was clean and friendly staff. What I disliked was that I can hear the talking next door almost as if they were in my room, the TV did not work and had door key problems often.
