Great oasis in the fantastic city of Lahore. Location is perfect for those wishing to stay within a short distance of Lahore's busy shopping centres. Valet parking is a boon. Access to major roads is easy making it an ideal base to explore Lahore from.

Amazing hotel. Staff are always at hand to help, very polite and friendly. We were always greeted with a smile, made the stay extra special. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Always kept clean and smelt nice. Shops were close by and easy to get a cab in a secure gated property.

When i booked hotel i paid all charges which hotel.com showed but when i checked out property asked me more 2 thousand as tax which was un expected. It was not my responsibility to pay anything there because i already booked prepaid. In my opinion hotel.com should manage all expenses when they are charging online

Overall is good but bathrooms are not good enought. Bathrooms are well below the standard of hotel. They should improve it. Sunlight is also coming in room because of poor fitting of curtains.

A lot of improvement is needed specially for staff training. They take too long to respond from check in to bringing towel in room to check out.

Wonderful !
One of the best in Lahore so far. The breakfast is exceptional and the eoom service was good The room size is spacious with ironing board and iron. The pool is no big deal for me. The only setback is the towel which is supposedly to be white is not as white as cotton, they are a bit seasoned and it should not be used by any hotel guests.

I have booked my first hotel in Lahore after been around the world and has stayed in many hotels. I was really impressed with service and Cleanning in the hotel definitely recommended and will be going back again when ever I am back in Lahore. Staff at the restaurant and reception been very friendly and helpful. Great work guys keep it up 👍

Prime hotel with high end finish.
Nice clean hotel with prime location. All services were reasonably priced. Plus all the staff are very helpful.

The most unsafe and shady hotel in lahore...
The most unprofessional staff, they made us pay the taxes again when we had fully prepaid the taxes. There was no management at the location who you can talk too. My wife and I were sleeping and the hotel staff without knocking randomly opened our room door and walked in. First time in our life we felt so unsafe staying at a hotel that we requested hotel.com to cancel our booking which was again denied by the hotel. The whole hotel in general gave a very dodgy impression not suitable for families.

We have taken up the matter for Tax settings as we are collecting taxes at the hotel from all OTAs over the counter and are not inclusive . Now again looking into it to ensure it does not happen again and are not taken initially at the first step. We would like to request you to visit us again and give us an opportunity to over turn the bad experience that you might had as this is unlike our hotel standards.

Bad experience at this property. Tried to overcharge us. Had to call hotels.com customer service to get it resolve. Will never stay there again. Accomodation was paid along with all fees and taxes but still tried to recharge again the taxes. There was two day booking, once tried to check in late, they will not honor the reservation instead charging for entire one night stay

However, we are already working on hotel tax settings with Expedia which is being resolved to avoid any double taxation. As by policy we collect taxes at the hotel over the counter. At the same time, we expect that guest should adhere to hotel policies too when it comes to check in checkout timings etc. We really wish to welcome back to our hotel as its not our standard and guests can feel absolutely safe and secure staying / doing a transaction with us. Still in convenience is regretted.
