Lovely staff. Only issue did not accept cash (unlike everywhere else who to date don't accept who dont accept credit card!). Recommend the venue. Worth the stay.
It was a good stay, serve its purpose.. I don’t like the water pressure I got soak each time I opened the tap but I enjoyed the room air condition. I was not around much to utilise available facilities hence cannot comment.

The hotel is well designed and in good condition for the price you pay. Rooms are modern and everything works the way it's supposed to. Every staff members pretend to be very polite and friendly but it's obvious fake attitude. Once you need something it's always done in an instant I need to give them credit for that. But at same time the hospitality on their part require alot of improvement. You as a guest sometimes feel less important than some people working there. They tell you how you should behave (sitting in the waiting room) what you should and should not do in restaurant. They tell you not to use this plates or that cup for no apparent reason, it makes you feel uncomfortable because when u are trying to enjoy yourself during the stay and they try to boss you around it's just killing the vibe. I've been in many hotels before and the golden standard is that "guest is always right". In this hotel you aren't witch is very sad because it's ruining the entire experience witch is very positive otherwise. The food itself is very high standard, it's tasty and done from scratch I'll give them 5* for this. Breakfast buffet might be hit and miss sometimes as food gets really repetitive. And certain products disappear very quickly and takes long to replenish even upon requesing it from staff - witch should not be happening at all. I think that the issue of this hotel is hiring incompetent/lazy staff that make them look bad even tho the whole experience is very positive

The atmosphere was very nice. I felt very safe there. The service was excellent and we were attended to in a timely manner when requested. The pool area was very clean and well kept. There is a smoothie bar at the poola and you can have cocktails as well. We sat poolside and listened to the music many times. The people at reception were very helpful when we needed uber service, they ordered for us. The house keepers came every day to tidy up well well. I wad very impressed. So overall it is a great place to stay and would come again soon.

Friendly staff, unbelievable clean environment. Uninterrupted power supplies, cool air, spacious room. Overall, this hotel met more than my expectations. The hotel offers a kind of environment and service you would find in developed countries. My wife and I were very pleased.

Excellent facility except that the room o stayed is very small without a writing desk. Very clean and friendly environment.
The front desk lady asked an uncomplimentary and unnecessary question from my fiancé.
