Some of the cleaning staff need to be aware of guests still sleeping as they're usually chatting when cleaning the rooms.

Superb hotel in a great position
The hotel was lovely. The staff were all really friendly and the service was great. The position of the hotel was near to a supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to two really nice beaches. The only negative I have the the hotel was that our room was next to the road so we had noise from motorbikes going by and there seemed to be a couple of dogs barking quite a bit.

Amazing stay by the beach.
Amazing place, super tranquil but close to the centre. Its impossible to find more friendly staff than this house. The breakfast is so well served and the food delicious.

Sabia da existência do hotel mas nunca tinha optado por este. Até hoje dada a conveniência e propósito da viagem. A verdade é que não me arrependo e muito provavelmente irei regressar. Foi uma reserva efetuada com muita antecedência numa das plataformas digitais, por um valor excelente no entanto, pelo que noto atualmente, sugiro sempre um contato direto com o hotel. Comodidades: Quarto: Simples mas bem equipado. Tem AC, pequeno Frigo (sem mini bar), TV e mobiliário suficiente para acomodação da bagagem etc. Sem fechadura eletrónica. Casa de banho privativa ok Nível de Limpeza: Soberbo. Top !! Staff: Simpático e disponível. Check in: Rápido Estacionamento: Disponível e gratuito. Pequeno Almoço: Muito bom para um hotel de 2 estrelas. Nas redondezas e a uma curtíssima distância: Vista para o mar e dois restaurantes (José do Rego e Ondas do Mar).

Super hôtel, propre, bien placé, personnel d'une grande gentillesse très serviable, souriant, à quelques pas de la mer, au calme, possibilité de parking à l'intérieur (1er arrivé, 1er servi), si complet, parking aisé dans la rue. On recommande 👍

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel pour aller visiter l'île. Personnel Très attentionné. Par contre, humidité dans la chambre et aucun petit frigo.

Das Personal des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Egal ob Tipps für Freizeitaktivitäten, Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Reservierungen und allgemein der Service war einfach sehr gut.

Service ist supernett und hilfreich, die Zimmer und Bäder, sowie das Hotel sind super sauber. Es gibt ebenfalls eine kleine Bar im EG. Fußläufig sind zwei gute Restaurants innerhalb on 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist für Portugal gut(Brot, Ei mit gegrillter Wurst , Obst und Konfitüren, sowie Kochschinken und Käse und süsse Teilchen). Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei. Es könnten zwei Mülleimer sein, einer im Bad und einer für das Zimmer. Und toll wäre ein Vergrösserungsspiegel (das ist allerdings eher ein nice to have)

Die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams haben mich beeindruckt. Sie haben mir zudem viele wertvolle Tips beim Planen der Ausflüge gegeben und mir auch beim Suchen der Busverbindungen unterstützt. In nächster Nähe befindet sich die Busshaltestelle welche einem in ca. 15. Min nach Ponta Delgada bringt. Zudem befindet sich in ganz kurzer Gehdistanz eine Fruteria welche einem Tante Emma Laden gleicht, was sehr toll ist.

Smart and cheap hotel
Very clean, the rooms appear rather new, it is a little bit outside the town center. Our room (II floor for portuguese) had a small balcony with a magnificent view over the sea.

Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder zu diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis buchen. Bin rundum zufrieden. Da kann man vom Lärm der Nachbarn und dem kleinen Zimmer gut absehen.

Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Toller und super freundlicher Service. Sauberkeit herovrragend. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Lediglich mit Parkplätzen wird es in der Hauptsaison vermutlich kritisch.

Muito bom!
Foi uma estadia excelente. O senhor da recepção foi super simpático connosco, deu nos bastantes informações úteis acerca da ilha e os melhores locais para se visitar e comer. A localização é muito boa, pois fica perto da saída da via rápida, logo rapidamente podemos ir para outras zonas da ilha sem problemas. Espero voltar lá para continuar a explorar esta ilha maravilhosa.

Hotel com agradável ambiente familiar, staff muito atencioso. Boa relação qualidade-preço. No entanto, existem já alguns pormenores no quarto e no wc que podem ser melhorados. Pequeno almoço bastante barato mas podiam apostar em mais produtos regionais.
